What a special treat this week! That view of the Duomo is just heart-stopping. Just an amazing property. I am laughing so much at the comments here - such mixed feelings about the decor! It definitely isn't everyone's cup of tea - including mine - but I have to say it is one of the most cheerful, happy interiors I have ever seen. Who knew orange could be so beautiful? I think I need an orange refrigerator! LOL
truly magnificent! i was just in Firenze in February, stayed in the well-known room 31 at Hotel Duomo and couldn't have had a better time.....at least until my trip continued, in Venice for the conclusion of Carnival. Have already been making plans/reservations for next year! someone is going to be a very lucky individual indeed to purchase this property!!

The terrace, Danilo, looking onto the Cathedral is breath taking. I agree, it feels as if you can touch the walls of the Cathedral. What a wonder. In fact the whole third floor is amazing. The wooden panelled doors are beautiful, a wonderful exception to the glistening solid colors of other doors in the apartment. Thank you for sharing such a gorgeous property. We stayed in an apartment directly across from the Carabinieri Station. The best risotto I ever had was on a back street in Firenze. Thanks for your talent in presenting the properties.

These apartments are absolutely stunning. But even more sublime is the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore! The perspective is just correct for the view. You can see the detail of the neo-gothic facade of Arnolfo di Cambio (not Giotto although this is a contentious issue) and of course the genius of Brunelleschi in his dome. I never did notice the flying buttresses. The Milan cathedral you can't miss them. A divine apartment.(Divine Comedy)😁 This tour brought tears to my eyes, and not from onions. (Keep in mind I lived in pragmatic Germany) The selling point is the location and the view. Have I ever mentioned that the seat of civilization and cuisine is Italy, not to mention wine? Firenze and Tuscany, its center. Nice job on the tour.

Also NO window in Apartment 1 kitchen. Look at how many light are on in this presentation compared to others. As a property developer I naturally have an eye for this. Also, there are several water ingress problems. And when you are spending that sort of money (€3.7M) naturally you will update it, there is nothing wrong with doing so. It will only increase the value ! And you forgot to quote me on "A once in a lifetime chance to own a property like this" and also "The MILLION dollar view". I personally think it is a good investment even with a further investment !

Although through personal choice I now live in France, I founded an upmarket estate Agency in England, and therefore know with some authority that when buying a property (at any price level) most people are actually buying into someone else's lifestyle - what you see is what you pay for. Putting the lights on is just a basic part of a good Agent's work to 'set the scene'. The Romolini Agency understand this perfectly, and Danilo is way out ahead of the pack in developing the way they use internet videos to present their properties. He is a star. So I disagree with your comments about this exceptional property opportunity in Firenze. Quite plainly it has already been 'developed' to adapt it to a specific function - 2 holiday rental apartments on the top 2 floors of a building. At the asking price you can generate at least 5% (gross) interest on your money, plus capital growth. Pouring more 'development' money into it doesn't seem to make sense - I doubt that the buyer would want to live in it: you can't even park your car in Florence (personally, I prefer to stay outside the city walls when I visit, at the Torre di Bellosguardo hotel, overlooking the city, and a 10 minute walk into town through the olive trees). As for your specific negatives - the double height Living Room is flooded with sunshine from two large upper level double windows, plus a skylight above the staircase! [see 10.47]; and I could not see any sign of the 'several water ingress problems' you allege.

A once in a lifetime chance to own an apartment so close to the Duomo with this Million Dollar view. It needs a good bit of upgrading to bring more natural light into the apartments especially apartment 1 and to bring it up to today's modern standards. Great investment, the value can only go up !!! @@michaelpatterson5811 I see you only joined RUclips in March 2021 so it might be good Idea to view the video again. Take a very close look at Apartment 1. No window in double height living room. Also NO window in Apartment 1 kitchen. Look at how many light are on in this presentation compared to others. As a property developer I naturally have an eye for this. Also, there are several water ingress problems. And when you are spending that sort of money (€3.7M) naturally you will update it, there is nothing wrong with doing so. It will only increase the value ! And you forgot to quote me on "A once in a lifetime chance to own a property like this" and also "The MILLION dollar view". I personally think it is a good investment even with a further investment !
@@LordBurberryGB Ah! - so you are a 'Property Developer' - and have 'an eye' for things. Well, Burberry, I see things differently from you. Although through personal choice I now live in France, I founded an upmarket estate Agency in England, and therefore know with some authority that when buying a property (at any price level) most people are actually buying into someone else's lifestyle - what you see is what you pay for. Putting the lights on is just a basic part of a good Agent's work to 'set the scene'. The Romolini Agency understand this perfectly, and Danilo is way out ahead of the pack in developing the way they use internet videos to present their properties. He is a star.
So I disagree with your comments about this exceptional property opportunity in Firenze. Quite plainly it has already been 'developed' to adapt it to a specific function - 2 holiday rental apartments on the top 2 floors of a building. At the asking price you can generate at least 5% (gross) interest on your money, plus capital growth. Pouring more 'development' money into it doesn't seem to make sense - I doubt that the buyer would want to live in it: you can't even park your car in Florence (personally, I prefer to stay outside the city walls when I visit, at the Torre di Bellosguardo hotel, overlooking the city, and a 10 minute walk into town through the olive trees).
As for your specific negatives - the double height Living Room is flooded with sunshine from two large upper level double windows, plus a skylight above the staircase! [see 10.47]; and I could not see any sign of the 'several water ingress problems' you allege.
All I can say is WOW. That was fantastic. Great unveiling Danilo! Nice add of square footage to the property description, but I like the metric version too!!

Danilo - This is spectacular...We are so blessed to see your vids, especially this one, which brought tears to my eyes seeing the Duomo. I have been studying Tuscany for about a year now because of the history of di Medici, which is fascinating and have learned about the other wealthy merchants of Florence including the Gondi and all their Pallazzos.
