I make those **POTATO BALLS** when my family and friends visit

I wanted to try this potato recipe and if is no delicious. Round small and big potatoes and very crunchy. Try these delicious Potatoe balls next time you have family and friends over house. This is a vegetarian version, and you can replace the mushroom with bacon. Have a delicious meal!
Ingredients
3 c. leftover mashed potatoes
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced chives
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 c. panko breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil, for frying
