My favorite version of this great song. If you've noticed the view total go up about 2000 in the past week, that's me. When that harmonica kicks in through my headphones... all is well in my world.
Another obligatory of a blues anthem of a Blues man must be played , hoochie coochie man ,Red house, Stormy Monday, Standing Around Crying, Live my girl Alone 🎸🎸🥁🎹
I read about this show in Buddy Guy's book, When I Left Home. According to Buddy, this was a seminal moment, a breakthrough moment, when "white folks" started getting into the blues. It's a great book. If you're a fan of the blues, you'll probably enjoy it.
On the seventh hours On the seventh day On the seventh month The seven doctors say He was born for good luck And that you'll see I got seven hundred dollars Don't you mess with me But you know I'm him Everybody knows I'm him Well you know I'm the hoochie coochie man Everybody knows I'm him !!!!!!! :) i love!

That's not jazz. That's rhythm and blues. Isn't it funny how the Beatles invaded the Cavern jazz club and Muddy's invading the Newport Jazz Festival at the same time in historical, musical evolution. Bad assed times to be enjoying modern contemporary popular music.
This is beautiful, but sad that Blacks could play music to A segregated crowd but didn’t have civil rights like other races. Now some want to go back. ,like the governor of Florida. Sick ,but we’ll keep dancing like the brothers behind the stage ❤️
love how the guitar player and the bass player are rocking back and forth to the beat of the song, man these cats have got rhythm
You know I'm here. Greetings from Chicago.

Phil the Stalker I believe this is Newport folk festival
David Kloppman it was Newport. Everybody knows no Blues, no rock and roll...

Something about this arrangement... it's particularly sleazy.
