it would be great if you could make a video that focuses mainly on s-curve creation in detail as there are not enough videos on internet in general regarding this.
Agree...I wish to have a start and finish baseline compare to an actul start and finish and also for the s curve for both baseline and actual..it would be great for a simple report to have those two comparison graph dynamically

It is a great exclusive product for getting 7000 plus project management and business templates minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my close friend Aubrey got astronomical success with it.
Hi There. I really like this and used it for work which was accepted very well. I do have a question though. I have to now show the delay in some of the tasks. How do i show this on a gantt chart?
Do you want to show a gap in continuation of the same task or an extension of the time required to complete the task? If the latter, extend the number of days the task requires. If the former, add 2 more columns to your worksheet after the "Finish" column. The first new column should be "Delay Period" (i.e., how many days the delay is expected to last), & the second new column should be "New Finish" (The new expected finish date). Add these columns to the stacked bar chart. Use the "no fill" option for the Delay Period as shown in the initial setup for the Start Date data & the same color for the New Finish as you chose for the Duration data. This *SHOULD* result in a bar with a gap on the graph.
