Your daughter is going to love these! The fourth one is fabulous, too! You got so much from your leaves. I was proud of myself for running them through my Cuttlebug twice. Who knew they could be pressed, and used a third time !! You knew! You are brilliant. TFS. 🙏🥰
Thank you so much Peg I really really enjoyed watching you create all these amazing thing so. And that last one looks fabulous framed too. I love ❤❤❤❤them all. Please stay safe and well too xxxx Mags ❤❤❤❤
Amazing! Love the colors. I'm also a fall person - colors, temperature, everything about fall. It's still a bit hectic with the holidays and getting ready for the big ones but somehow it's a more relaxing chaos than spring or summer. At least it is for me. Nice job. ❤❤❤
Beautiful as always Peg -- it would never have occurred to me to put glitter on leaves but I think you've found something wonderful -- thanks as always for sharing your projects ❤
When I was fabricating jewelry I was always so careful because the supplies were pricey from the stones to the silver-this is paper and so freeing to “just try it” as the cost is minimal😀! Glad you like the outcome!
Collaging is so much fun and yours is so beautiful. When I remove my masking tape, I gently heat it with my heat tool, that melts the glue and it comes off effortlessly and another tip is, when you’re pulling the tape off, hold it almost flat against itself as you pull. 😊
I love your collages :) One little tip, try to remove the masking tape very slowly, under an angle, pulling it away from the artwork. Thank you for sharing and the inspiration :)
I have received so many great tips! Thank you for this one. I think if I apply all the knowledge imparted-I may not tear my paper! I love the interaction and the willingness to share💕
To get the paint off the plate, you must let the layer you're going to pull with dry which adheres the paper and the paint on the plate together. If the paint between the paper and the plate is wet, it will just separate. Imagine if you were gluing two things together. You would not pull it apart while the glue was still wet. The paint acts as a glue adhering the paint on the plate and the paper together, but it must be dry to stick everything to the paper.
But, you know, this is irrelevant for you as an artist. Your papers are perfect for your art. What you make is exactly what you need for your work. It's only relevant when you are teaching others about gel plate printing. For your work, I don't think you should change a thing!
Thank you very much for this thoughtful comment, I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge….I think I often underestimate the dry time due to my own lack of patience. There are times I want that pristine pull and times I’m happy when it’s not. You’ve inspired me to be a bit more patient--it may change my thought process!!!💕

Thank you Evelyn! I really like to use what I have and I love working with natural items-in the process of experimenting with organic dye!

Thanks so much 😊 I appreciate the encouragement!
I love your color choices. Simple is good. Heat the tape before removing and the glue will loosen up
Great tip! thank you very much!!! I think you are correct, simple can be very good.
Love these collages and the leaves you picked out (not all of them are perfect).................😻
As goes life, never perfect; always trying💕
Really enjoyed watching your process and think the collages worked beautifully. The glitter addition made the collages even more special.
Thank you!! My girls love glitter😉
Wonderful work
Thank you !

Great work as always. I love the addition of the glitter!
Thank you! 😊 Who knew?😂 I’m not a glitter fan, or wasn’t a glitter fan, but I thought it added to the collage too!
I love your collages :)

In the UK, we can get Scotch Removable tape, made by 3M, also Frog Tape.
Does the Frog Tape release well?!
