I think we also forget how stress affects us as well!
Its hard not to stress cause we never know what it could be causing us to flare up. It’s very frustrating I agree! But we must remain calm haha and trust God with it. And do what we can. ❤

Hi! I’m currently having big flare ups on my skin because of eczema for a year. I’ve been trying extrait de pépins de pamplemousse (grapefruit seed extract). I feel it’s working much better than any other thing I’ve ever tried. It can actually help for a lot of thing and there are many ways to take it. I buy the one from citro biotic, you can buy it on galaxus (yes, I live in Switzerland too) :)
Thanks a lot for your videos about eczema, they’ve been very comforting lately ☺️

Hey Lauriane! Thanks for so much for sharing! I have heard about that but also heard it kills bacteria in the gut (maybe good and bad), so not for long term use.. I'll definitely look more into it now that it works so well for you! How do you feel that it works?

@@dawnforlife It definitely helped with the itch. Took it away. It's colder and drier here. We spoke like a year ago when I was super flared up. What got me about 95% better was eliminating all wheat and gluten from my diet. And all dairy. Mostly the wheat though...and I haven't had any flare ups beyond lower legs a few months ago. They itch more at night but also if I get dehydrated or have more than a small amount of sugar (anything beyond say one reeces cup). But yeah, the acv helped the itch. Cetaphil cream has them healing better from the dry air. And sleep. Sleep is so crucial. So is cardio.

You should try organic castor oil, apply it on your skin. And drink organic apple cider vinegar on a empty stomach in the mornings.

I've been flaring up for 2 months now, I was trying numerous moisturizing cream but a holistic doctor told me years ago that you want to dry the eczema otherwise you feed it. He told me to apply apple cider vinegar, let it dry and then apply talc. It was working for me for years but I got confused by the internet so I'm getting back to it hope it will work again.

Hi, did you try out lately with applying apple cider vinegar plus talc? still work for you? They just help to dry up the liquid? or they can totally cure the eczema area?

Could be hormonal, stress, change of weather, try to avoid dairy, especially cows milk. Most skin inflammation is caused by gut issues, more specifically a leaky gut. Your body is detoxing through the skin via itching, rashes.

Thanks for sharing. Just wanted to share that the liver and gallbladder flush has helped my journey. My skin is healing at a slower rate than i expected but the breakouts paused or stop spreading once i started the flush. It has been 1yr 4months to this day doing the flush. I am not diagnosed as i didnt want to go through the multiple visits as others had. My family physician wanted to do more tests to find what prescription will work next but my skin didnt have that time. Each topical steriod prescribed were no longer working and my skin was breaking out faster than normal. Starts with a small patch in the common areas like the bend of the arms. Then suddenly other patches that ive never had were showng symptoms like my shoulder. The shared stories were so helpful and i did not have the luxury of letting my body balance itself over time. I know body waste is either through urine or fecal. I concluded that steriod is metabolized through fecal. The liver is where many non urine waste are metabolized. Thus i came across the liver and gallbladder flush. I cant say im diagnosed with TSW or other eczemas but my skin health was not happy and i had to act fast instead of waiting for a prescription. I saw a dermatologist and they concluded contact dermatitis and needed more tests. That was the last diagnosis i had before discovering the flush

I watched many videos on your channel, related to healing eczema, and I have a question. Some people in comments write that their skin cleared up after 2 weeks, or 4 days.... Its been 2 months since I eliminated sugar, dairy, gluten , eggs, took probiotic and right now taking L-glutamine, but unfortunately there are not much changes, right now, after two months maybe even getting worse..... Does it mean it didnt work for me?
