There is lots of vanilla there in both camps of best selling and not selling shirts. A few winners among a sea of yawns.

It means that there are many reasons that 1) the listing is not getting found, 2) people aren't clicking on it even when they have the opportunity to click on it, 3) there is friction in the purchasing process within the listing that will hurt it's conversion and 4) it's simply not competitive overall.
It really depends on who your customer is and what they will ultimately be interested in. It's so important to know the details of who your profitable customer is in order to accurately know.

I would definitely look into what friends, extended family you have to help model for you.
