    Yaha par ek mistake yah hai , jaha par sariya samapt ho raha hai . Vah 90 degree par band nahi ho raha hai . Usme huk nahi bana hai .

    Plinth beam size has no connection with no of storeys being built because beam at each storey is designed as per storey load on the beam. The beam size also depends on span and end condition of beam but not on storeys being built. Do not give wrong information. You do not seem to be a civil engineer.

    Kaha padhe ho engineer bhaiyya? khudko engineer bolte ho AUR civil engineering bilkul pata nahi.
    Viwers and the engineer bhaiyya please note following points.
    1. The plinth beam size does not depend on number of storeys.
    2. Beam size depends on load on it and end conditions. In case of plinth beam the load on the plinth beam is from the walls up to slab beam.
    3. The end moments and the mid span moment is calculated from load and the end conditions using various structural analysis methods or software like STAAD.
    4. Required concrete section and steel is provided.
    THE INFORMATION GIVEN IN THE VIDEO IS COMPLETELY MISLEADING AND MAY CAUSE DISASTER.
    Get structural design from the structural engineer instead of following such videos.

    My dear, plinth beam & column are integrated part of a house construction. Don't you think the reinforcement of plinth beam and column will have to go parallely ? I mean can i use 8 dia rod for column while 16 dia in plinth beam? And what must be the column size wher I have 9'* 12' plinth beam? Is the column of 9' * 9' with 12dia rod ok? So, please avoid to give incomplete information . You are a responsible
    Engineer........

    Is plinth beam dependent on the soil? Which size of plinth beam may be suitable for black cotton soil?

      Actually it ground beam not plinth beam, secondly size n reinforcements depend upon span of beam n load to be carried out on it and type of beam column connection.

    Mostly guideline are given about the Plinth Beam, but no guidelines are given about the Columns in the Foundations, Where as Plinth Beam is useless without these columns.

    क्या टाई बीम/प्लिंथ बीम में क्रैंक बार बीच में या टॉप एक्स्ट्रा दोनो एंड पर l/4 लंबाई की और बॉटम एक्स्ट्रा बार बीच में G+1/G+2or3..... में प्रोवाइड नही करेंगे ?

    Plinth beam sirf pillor to pillor per dipende per hita hy na ky floor per aur Aap ko plan bhi galat hy piller span zayada hy per 6 rood 12 mm ky hy wahan perto 18 inch ka hona chiye Aur 16 mm 6 rood hona chahiye

    भाई हमारे यहां तो आज से मात्र 5 साल पहले बिना पिलर का मकान बनाया है 16 इंच की और 12 इंच की दीवाल है उसी पर हमने 4 माला पांच माला बना दिया है यह पिलर पिलर सब फिजूल का खर्चा बढ़ाता है और दिमागी टेंशन है

    सर मेरे घर का स्ट्रचर पुराना है . कुछ कलम 9।/15 हे. कुछ ९/१२ है ग्राउंड फॉर मे. फिर g+१ मे बीच के कलाम ९/१२ है और बाकी outer ९/९ . है। फिर g+२ बना रहा हु पर बार १२ mm का ही है. और उपर टोवर् भी है. क्या घर को कोई आगे जाके khatra तो नही होगा, और दो रूम बेसमेंट भी है
