Dear sir,
How to calculate the average spacing of ties, if a column having length of 3 m. The spacing of ties in CR (i.e. 1 m) is 125 mm and in NR (i.e. 2 m) is 175 mm.

Dear Ld means developing length but in the bottom or top of beam it's called splice not Ld, take care.
Can we make continuous beam only with top and bottom bars of size 10 and 12 mm ?

Ni bhai bottom extra bar agr L/5 liye to us bar ki length bhot kam ho jayegi or itni chhoti bar beam ke tention stress ko sambhal ni payegi.....

Koi khatra to ni h but self weight of staircase zyada ho jayega..or agr us staircase 12mm ki steel lagi hui ho to stair ko kuch ni hoga but agr 10mm ki ho to future thoda risk ho skta h due to extra weight. Normally west slab ki thickness 6 inch hoti h

Yes...that is standard for every beam...that's why it's called typical beam Reinforcement details.

Sir as per is 456 ..span should be span know ..in this typical drawing why have u considered clear span??? And at bottom it's 0.15L from the middle of the support right why have u taken every distance from face of the column???

Yes bro and agr simply support beam ho to uska tension zone niche ata hai and compression upr vese hi cantilever beam me ulta hota hai

Aap kahte hain ki humein tenson zone par lapping nahi karna hai, aur aap ye bhi kahte hain lapping zone bhi yehi sahi hai aapne diagram jo tenson force discribe kiya tha uske hissab se lapping provide karni chahiye ya nahi

How to calculate Ld
Ld is already given by the RCC designer on the RCC drawing....like as 40D,45D,50D.....
If the cantilever beam is there, we calculate 1.5*L3 on top rebar ?
Anchorage bar length calculate like 40d ,50d?
For the top bar u should simply calculate the Beam length and Anchorage length as 50D but
For the top extra bar in cantilever u should take 1.5*L3 thats it no need to take Anchorage length for that. u can cut it as straight.
