how does one re-calibrate the seat cover for sensia arena 39354SH1 with remote 354-798 lot no OF12 A. I have an issue with the seat & cover not lifting . ( it tries to lift but fails). The seat was subjected to sideways pressure and the top cover has a crack. the gear might be damaged. I have a feeling i might have to replace the top cover. any one tried to separate the cover from the seat. Have a video of this arrangement and also a part number. thank you in advance. Grohe technical _ please help.
