Just some information when I hauled tarped loads which was a lot. We charged the regular price but if it was multi tarp loads we charged an additional charge of 20.00 to 50.00 for each time we had to open and close the tarp.
I NEVER buy oil and filter from the dealership. It’s almost twice as much. Most Walmart’s carry Motorcraft oil and most diesel filters. I can’t remember the numbers but I priced it at a dealership and it was almost double the cost. Ouch. Lol.
I usually order it and it delivers to the house, but there's no price difference. I don't think Walmart carries the type of oil I use, but ill double check again. Thx!
@@HotshotAdventures ya, all Walmart’s don’t always carry the same things. Depends on the area. I know in Oklahoma they do and the price difference is unreal. Stay safe! :)
Hello Natalie, greetings from Florida, I have a question ... I would like to know how you are doing with the Delco trailer and I would also like to know if it has any serious defects that you recommend correcting with respect to the axels, brakes, etc ... Once again thank you for all the detailed information that you upload to your channel ... Blessings
Thanks for the question Carlos. I've been very pleased with the Delco. In 2 years, I've replaced brake assemblys, wet bolts, 5 months ago replaced the leaf springs. I haven't had the need to replace axles. She has done very well in my opinion. I would purchase another no problem
@@HotshotAdventures Hello Natalie, thank you very much for taking time to respond, I will keep it in mind ... Currently I work in aviation but I have always been interested in the transportation business, right now I am beginning to prepare myself financially and obtaining all the information that I can collect to achieve it. .. I will start by obtaining the CDL and then the rest step by step ... Once again super grateful ... !!! I will be in touch...!
Good Morning Natalie! The quick glimpse looked like you were at "Discount Tires". They have been my go to tire company since 1995. They put tires on everything I drive.
@@HotshotAdventures I hear you. Don't know what you bought. But I only run Michelin tires on ALL my vehicles. The tires on my F350 cost nearly as much per tire as you paid for 2.... however I get the whole package when I buy them. ( free R&B, roadhazard, 50k warranty). Yes it costs more! But they have stores all over most of the southwestern states.. one time I tire problems out of their area, bought another tire ( in Utah) hauled in back to my store here in Dallas with receipt. Got a full refund plus 2 new steering tires to match the set. Guess you get what you pay for ? I am happy with their service. Drive safe Natalie, remember we all love you out here!
A Hot Shot calling them steer tires. I wonder when do they go from front tires to steer tires. Is it based on the size of the truck or being a commercial vehicle? If you drive a Kia as a commercial vehicle does it have steer tires. Maybe I am little off for thinking about this? Awesome frickin video. One of your best. Hi Lexi.
I call em steers, if you don't, thats OK too :) "Arguably the most important tire on a commercial rig, steer tires help ensure a smooth ride, impact handling and fuel economy, and generally take the most amount of wear."
I did research and found that DOT requires that you call them "front tires" on 3/4 ton trucks and under and you call them "steer tires" on 1 ton trucks and big rigs. Just kidding LOL
Your two are doing a great job!!! Looks like you both get along really good...until Lexi starts being a Karen!!! LMAO...But moms right there to jump in Lexi's business!!! Someone don't like the way your doing something needs to skip over the video!!! I know I love watching your videos!! I even passed on my morning coffee to watch this one. Be safe out there ladies!!!
"As long as your business is turning a profit and you are NOT OVERWORKING YOURSELF..." 🗣🗣🗣 A little louder for the mfs in the back, please! I had a coworker (another mechanic) that would brag about making 70 grand a year... but he only had to work overtime (12 hrs a day for 3-5 days a week) to get there. I guess it's a pride thing, but you got me f'd up! I enjoy a little over time here and there, especially if I got a project to put it towards. But doing it for the hell of it, just to have something to say? 🤔🤨🙄 I'll never understand some of these guys... Work smart, not hard.
