Its not just a job, its an ADVENTURE lol. One truck tire tip from a 35 year mechanic: It is much easier IMO to turn around, put your hands behind your butt, back up to the tire, hook your fingers into the rim and lift the tire that way while you have your heels against the bottom edge of the tire to keep it from swinging out. Try it, it works great if the tire isnt too heavy, will save your knees and back..
