Your exhaust going to burn your mudflaps, and you need some fenders over the rear tires, to keep rocks from hitting the back of your cab. It's a good-looking truck
I was about to say noo lol but with high miles truck absolutely gonna get pennies on the dollar if you ever try to resell it with or with out the bed make it how you want and drive it till it’s dead
That mig welder was too light for that kind of welding not enough penetration. Arc welding with 6010 rod cap it with 7018 rod will be better for structural welding. But, you can only work with what you got. Thx Jason
if you V it out and have the proper gap watch the start and the end of the bead it can be done. Also over engineer it and have more weld length. and design it so the welds will only be needed if you turn the truck upside down. But yes a pro with a stick would do better. I would tig weld it because i tig everything.
Very nice now you need to bring it over here to Michigan then I'll put all the lights on that truck that I think would make it look super cool. I do it on semi trucks all the time
Frame is the same Engine is the same Gear ratio can change depending on what you get, they vary just like the 350s But yes that makes a huge difference, as he is finding out now
Unless it is a car hauler or has a deck over the gooseneck there is plenty of space. The pin will be over the rear axle. The spec is for the pin to be slightly forward of the rear axle to put some weight in the front axle. Actually, it looks like the pin will be a few inches forward of the rear axle. It will be fine.
I like to do with my trucks what i like to do with my trucks Flatbed wouldn't have fit And I already have a flatbed truck, no need to be repetitive I prefer to have options and be versatile
I mwould of not , weld anything above wires, ,that might be a problem some day, sparks laying down in the wire’s, ,big rig ,,, 5 th wheel are the best, ok thanks BigAl California
Hi Natalie,I have a serious and respectfully question, how can you be making 10,000 dlls a week the most I can make on this 3 last weeks is 4500 non stop so I guess I’m missing something
@HotshotAdventures oh wow thats awesome. I have so many skull shirts but i dont have that one lol. Is there a brand or company name on it? I want to look it up and get one. 😁
Hey beautiful and very gorgeous momma Natalie a nother awesome videos on your u definitely my favorite RUclipsr keep making awesome videos on your channel
I heard Ford finally did away with the bed delete option for the 2025 model year. There is a company called Hitchcrafters in North Carolina that makes bolt-on 34k 5th wheels for the later model cab and chassis trucks. It's about $1500 I think
I'm guessing your going to regret that fifth wheel I run a stepdeck trailer the thing is if you load the top deck you overload the drive axle really quick to I try to keep my truck as light as possible over the drive axle.
@@HotshotAdventures How much would you have lost if you used the pick up 5th wheel? Calculate the difference as a percentage of your legal load times how much your charging per mile and you will see the lighter pickup mount would pay for itself quickly. And that's not counting the weight loss advantage when your empty in fuel and wear on the tires ect. How about the tank mounts and even flap mounts ect? It all seems not to heavy a piece at a time but it adds up quick.
Next video will show weights. It's all so minimal I don't choose to dissect weight of mudflaps or fenders.. it's my truck i want to reuse items from my old truck rather than spend more money on new items, and I saved a ton of money on the fifth wheel i chose, rather than buying a pick up fifth wheel. Which I'm glad I didn't as they are too tall. As it is the trailer sits a little nose high. Any more and I'd be dragging the ass at every easement
@@HotshotAdventures dissect is how you make money. Even penny's a mile will add up to $$ at the end of the year. That's how Detroit makes money if they can save 5 cents a car they will do it because after you multiply it times 200,000 its a big number by the end of the production run. Then there is aerodynamics. now you have a shorter cab and wheels hanging out in air. That's bad. note commercial trucks are using side panels , disk hub caps, and all kinds of aerodynamic tricks because at the end of the year what they can save on efficiency/dissect will be the difference between making $$ and going broke. Good luck

That's my drivers truck But also too high to pull this low profile trailer unfortunately But we did think about having Jason go grab it, but the trailer is just too low to support that tall of a hitch Ass will drag the whole way back to Texas
tell the truth I've been trucking going on 30 years and I try to tell some people this and they tell me I dont know what I'm talking about so I leave the genius a lone since they know soooo much
Need a driver? 4yrs experience, drug free, don't drink, clean background, clean driving record, CDL-A, bags packed lol was driving for someone but they called it quits this year. I'm near fort worth/Arlington
When jason handed you them things left you open for a dirty joke! LOL
Love that beefy 5th wheel. Truck is looking sharp 😎
Thx augie i appreciate you
HAD NO IDEA THAT YOU WERE 5’1”, HOWEVER THAT DOESN’T BLOW MY FANTASY.

Thought I saw a Generac generator there?? How do you like it Natalie? What size is it? We are in Florida and have a 22kw that so far is perfect!!
You did see that
I dunno it's a big one, and I love it ! Easy maintenance and kicks on like a chanp every time
Nice build. Is the goal in mind to now register it as a Tractor?
I'll have to now yes sir
I need that bed and prep package.
Great video
I was about to say noo lol but with high miles truck absolutely gonna get pennies on the dollar if you ever try to resell it with or with out the bed make it how you want and drive it till it’s dead
Why would I resell a truck that I've maintained so well and that has treated me so well?
Damn, 8-10k weeks; I need to come work with you 😂 You are crushing it, Love 💪🏾💪
He did a great job but don't get me wrong he worked for it.
I love it❤
I like that tangent you went on because it is so true gotta have money available!
Amen ! I was gonna cut out because it doesn't pertain to the video, but decided had to leave in. Thank you for your support

Cool and awesome. 🙂

You know I love that idea. I'm always looking for ways to improve it!
What weight will you be rated for on the rear axle ?
Guess you have to stay tuned and see
The F 450 has a very low gear ratio and the engine turns more RPM, plus the frame, brakes etc. are much heavier than the F350
It was also a 2019 that still had the 6 speed. I am not a fan of the 10 speeds but they did significantly improve fuel economy.
Frame is the same
Engine is the same
Gear ratio can change depending on what you get, they vary just like the 350s
But yes that makes a huge difference, as he is finding out now
I didn't think the pin for a semi trailer and pickup trailer were the same size. Maybe they are, but hey not bad looking for a do it at home build.
Same size yes sir
Hello what brand tires do you use.
Patagonia master craft
Is the trailer gonna clear the fuel tank? Looks mighty close.
Guess you have to stay tuned and see my dear

Nice truck
your my kind of woman trucks and guns outstanding done
Need fenders to keep the dirt and mud off the back of the cab
Order and install for me
@@HotshotAdventures A rear window? or fenders. Chicken or the egg hum?
Those were Lucky Charms - Magical Stars
You're right! Glad I wasn't the only one who saw that lol

Yes you do look adorable always and truck looks like a baby semi
You're a doll
Your exhaust going to screw up your mudflaps
Need to get rid of those and put some full fenders on that sit in front the exhaust exit.

You think so ?
Less Weight = the more you can carry = $$$$
over the long run the extra weight of that semi 5th wheel will cost them
The pick up bed was removed, approx 300#
The fifth wheel added approx 250#

If you ever by another 5th wheel, go to a place that sells campers camping world or whoever should have a plate in stock.
Good suggestion
