    Mexican markets usually sell a rice flour. Asian markets sell the really fine rice flour which is nice if you need the fineness.

    I am also on a elimination diet of sorts..no white anything, so I would like to make these with brown rice, but which kind of rice? There is sushi rice and sweet glutenous rice (not gluten as in wheat)

      I didn't even know there was brown sushi rice, sorry. I honestly would just use whichever brown rice is cheapest.

    can we use glutinous rice flour as a substitute?

    • @AshleyRolland
      @AshleyRolland  3 года назад +1

      It's definitely worth a try. I haven't tried, but I think it would work. The texture would likely be more dense so keep that in mind when making.
