This is also great when using the paradiddle sticking (RLRR LRLL) and keeping the accents where they are. Or how about same single stroke sticking, only flamming the accents? Go nuts!
Paul Revelli also try it in reverse
Try diddle
This is perfect for rhythm guitar. Thank you!
damn i got to like 7:20 fuuuhh these and the triplet grids and their inversions are the fundiieess of your chops . so good to practice this shit
I was trying figure out ways to practice bass splits and I came here. I got to 6:52 before I said "aww welp shit"😂
There is a few places where there sounds like a heavier stick strike but not quite an accent. Seventh measure in the fourth beat messes me up if I listen while playing this.
Ok so I'm not the only one thank God. it's like not an accent but sounded like a tenudo and it messed me up completely in certain measures like you said
Thought I was buggin lol, glad to know I'm not the only one. Had me super confused at first
Made it to 7:00 and I’m done
thats my highschools drumline warmup
The accents aren’t lining up
?
Yeah there are definitely some stray accents in there that don’t match the chart
Now try triplet grid with flams on the accents then do them in reverse. I'm working on that right now. Doing these grids backwards is challenging.

Got to 8 minutes and then I messed up :(

What app or software is this
My 9th grade friend taught me this on the way to our football game for the high school and I'm only 11. This makes sense
^^^Cool kid alert
Michael Marchetti thanks
Michael Marchetti I can do the triplet one now
Weird Dude Vlogs I was being sarcastic, there’s no need to “brag” about your accomplishments, just let your hands do the talking and post some videos of you jamming out, that’s what people will actually care about
Michael Marchetti wow thanks.
Thanks a lot
Only made it to 7:35, but I’m only in hs so I have time
Great exercise,love it!!!

I like.
I love this exercise hahaha
I appreciate the effort, but this is a very inconsistent interpretation. There are quite a few stray accents.
Haven’t made it to the end yet either. Congrats to those who have! 8:30-ish is my best so far after practicing 4-5 times a week for MONTHS!
And what tempo does it start at and how many bpms does it increase each time? Thanks!
