So what if he was sober and going the speed limit! He’s not supposed to be hauling that oversized load in the middle of the night. Obviously there are reasons why that’s a rule. It makes me furious because this could have been PREVENTED! Prayers for his family and friends 🙏🙏🙏

All oversize loads need permits from the state that they are running in. They can only run at certain hours and sometimes need escort vehicles to assist. And they definitely are NOT allowed to run at night. That trucking company is in for a world of civil hurt from this kid's family!

You should know something about what you're going on about. And the reporting is absolute GARBAGE! In Ma oversize are often REQUIRED to drive at night. Especially super loads with police.
This is not entirely accurate. It's a state by state basis. Some states you can't run at night and some you can. When you receive the permit it will tell you your hours of movement and what if any your curfew hours are.

Trucker had his family he cared for Damn Its hard We can't afford to lose a job but if your riding a motor cycle always keep a bright reflective or lights so it can be seen by Big trucks but Then again he injured an elderly on a mower and killed motorcycle driver shit son Who keeps their job but I feel for the family And Truckers it's hard but we still got other families to keep safe
Trucks should stop hauling your groceries. Trucking companies have to do this because the cost of permits and harassment from DOT in your lovely state. I wouldn’t point fingers at truckers to much. Probably should ask the law makers why this is the only way they can stay in business.

It’s also their employers. Truckers who are overtired, and are forced to drive or lose their job.

This is a pathetic bit of reporting! If not properly permitted then obviously the company/driver were in the wrong here but so is your reporting. Most larger loads in MA are actually required to drive at night and often times with police escorts at night because of this thing called traffic, not just to avoid inspection. Yet here you are doing months of research to put out inaccurate info.
10 speeding tickets for a guy who appears to be in his mid 40's isn't great but to consider that damning evidence is absurd. Assuming they were in personal cars. People who drive for a living tend to drive a lot! 1:45. barely bumping into a guy that appears to have driven directly under his trailer while mowing the road also does not make this guy a horrible driver.

If I was driving a motorcycle at night I would do the best thing to stay away from the trucks that's the first thing I would do and I will have no problem

the stupid kid didnt belong on the freeway, My superbike doesnt have flashing lights, none of mine and i have 8 motorcycles in all. So the kid is lying!
