The mom smiles when she talks about her daughter which shows such contempt rather than love and concern.
Maybe she’s got resentment and love and care for her… maybe she’s uncomfortable and smiling is her way of handling it… like sometimes I smile when I talk about things that really hurt me. It’s a coping mechanism. Maybe she just is so fed up and exhausted about how her daughter behaves that even though she loves her she can’t help but be upset with her. I went through a bad rebel stage in my teens. I pushed my mom ALOT. She loved me but that doesn’t mean she liked me at that time. She was angry with me and at times couldn’t stand to be around me. That doesn’t mean she didn’t love me. She just couldn’t handle my behavior.
I’d be aggressive too if my name was destiny but was spelled “destoni”

This child definitely and obviously has a chemical imbalance and/or went through trauma and it’s her parents fault. She’s been acting this since she was in kindergarten. I hope she gets help🧿✨❤️

Ummm why didn’t the mother get her child evaluated than when the behavior first started?? I mean it’s not normal for a child to get kicked out of Kindergarten. Looks like she needs to get evaluated at the PNP center
The mom needs therapy too. Her husband was abusive and I don’t think she’s coped with that which is why she’s dismissive of her daughter when she tries to talk about her father and her trauma. They both need counseling and the daughter is willing but the mom can’t cope with her own trauma so she abandoned her daughter in foster care so she doesn’t have to deal with her.

I'm watching this in England I have no idea when it was filmed. All I know is my heart goes out to that little girl because thats what she is and she is hurting, does no one show her love. Why has she not had medical and social help so she understands why she is feeling this way. Just want to give her GREAT BIG CUDDLE.

No, if you watch the proceeding videos, they explain that Destoni mostly acts out because her father went to jail, didn't bother to see her after getting out, and it was never really dealt with or talked about in therapy or anything.
Hi just saying my son was suspended from day care age 3 due to undiagnosed autism adhd odd my husband and i got immediate help to best provide care and understanding to our sons needs my sons worst fear growing up is that we would abandon him so he ""tests"" us we never left him he is now 18 drives and works with the correct care love and understanding all children will learn i hope destoni recieves the love she needs and so wants

I'm 14 and I know it's wrong to do that, I never do this to my own mother or family. Even if I may have mental health problems, anxiety, Autism, idk if I have depression but I dont think I have it, I may have some violent/ su1c1dal thoughts but I do go to therapy and I know it's best to not do cruel things like this, I'm only violent to people who hurt my family or friends or my future boyfriend.

Different people respond in different ways. While I was growing up, my mom kept telling me it was alright to talk about your feelings and then shame me for my honesty. She'd call me all sorts of awful things you should never say to anyone, let alone your own daughter, then throw out the "I love you but sometimes..." That kind of thing got me lashing out a lot.

That’s what she did. Because she couldn’t handle the daughter and she refused to listen to her trauma and let her get close to her because the mom has unresolved trauma as well. Instead of them BOTH going to counselling, she put her in foster care. Wow, what a wonderful mom, huh?
