Service is what you do for a guest . Hospitality is how you make them feel. Anyone can learn the skills of service but not everyone has the spirit of hospitality
I have been looking forward to the 'other shoe' from Mr. Meyer, after admiring his call to always be sure that the customer is 'heard'. This helps me to understand the 'then what?' I now have a clearer understanding of when yes/no is an appropriate response.
