Love it. Love the juxtaposition between wood wall panels and white ceiling and table, etc. It is balanced and well thought through. Sometimes you have to be "there" to make decisions so a room can breathe. Exhale with a "wow" when you enter a room.
I love this brother-sister team sooo much. And the way Leanne is able to feel "new", always adapting to a different style without loosing her elegant AND playful handwriting, is unique. At first I thought "whaaat, a cedar ceiling and these tiles?" But then I saw, how it turned out, and I was deeply impressed. Can´t wait until I can see it in full lenght. Difficult here in Germany... ❤️
I LOVED this house BEFORE! All it needed was some white paint to brighten it up. Never paint a live edge. Where's the beautiful glass in the bedroom that the homeowner loved?
Nice overall, but too much white. And I'm the type to paint everything white, but not with this style. The wood in bathroom looks cool but I probably would have left the wall in the living area.
That polystyrene ceiling is a fire hazard and all that wood panelling is overkill. The kitche design does not gel - white units and appliances and then that ugly wood together with the grey marble. Damn, they removed the bubble glass wall which was the one of the things the homeowners liked. Didn't like the bathroom either, but at least there is a bath and not just a shower unit.
I thought they were husband and wife until the end of the video. I did think they were an odd couple. However, I am a little more intrigued that they are brother and sister.
This may one of the worst renovations I've ever seen. The master bedroom/bathroom redeemed it in places. It looks so dated!! Ps I normally like the ford's.
Joanna would've just used her same boring concepts at least here is creativity. We all know Chip is the star and bones behind that business he does it all. Joanna is blessed to have him!!
Agree. Joanna Gaines is boring and predictable. Chip is too in love with himself. Can't watch them. These people are fun and interesting. (The designers.)
@@drewconway7135 right!? I once stayed in a fancy hotel in Australia and there was a giant glass window next to the bath so you could watch from the bed hahaha, whyyyy? And don’t get me started on hotels that have a bath right next to the bed, like in the room and not in it’s own room!?

“...make it look like the blank-ety-blank catalog and we don’t want to do that.” Precisely why their style is the top of my list.
Wow! Sweet couple. Dream girl comment had me tearing up.

I wondered that too, about the missing glass. And I agree, I liked the before house much better.
there is a reflection of it in the doors to the balcony, they just didn´t show it in this short summary.
@@meastrau4772 yes, in the full show they showed how they reused the glass.
Just paint everything
not missing, go back and slow it down
Gorgeous! A little confused about painting a raw edge table though....otherwise very nice! ❤️

Ii agree. Leaving the top in a natural finish would have grounded the dining space. Otherwise, I just love what they've done
I absolutly love this reno verry brilliant but i would keep the natural colour for the table, it was really a beautiful home
Awesome job
Much to like about the reno. The slab table was painted! Nope for me i would have preferred it natural.
That turned that place completely around. It’s beautiful
Was holding my breath on this one, but it came out cool.
love the un-even ceiling. love the backsplash. gorgeous lights. but no to painting the dining table
Absolutely beautiful ❤️
Absolutely gorgeous!
Beautiful
Wow, I love the mahogany with the white.
I love love love you two and all you do. Your playfulness is infectious. I hope to see much more of you.
These are defiantly the kinda homes where the Fords shine!!! They should Not do old homes though, these are their style of home and they shine!!!!!
I loved their reactions
She is so Diane Keaton, it's like an impersonation
LOVEEEEE IT :)
Vous êtes les meilleurs. 🙏you are thé best 🙏😜
cute project
Y'all are an incredible team! And, Steve is hot!
Aaah…big brother! Got it now…😁
I love everything except they remove that glass wall. Its original to the house, so they can use it somehow, maybe as shower door glass?
Yes.....I thought Leanne understood when the wife said she loved it and wanted to keep it. Didn't see it anywhere!
I wont be able to sleep tonight! Why would she paint that live edge! beyond me! :(
❤️❤️❤️

I dont know if the client do not have enough budget or these 2 do not know how to do a proper interior design, the staging really sucks…
I didn't like the living room - too stark.
I have a cedar ceiling in my bathroom and I absolutely hate it. Too bad they had to mess that up.
Since when is wood sold in “slabs”?
A slab is wood that hasn't been finished into lumber. An early step in the process

Why do they always paint brick? Should have lost the mahogany in the kitchen. Where did the glass wall in the bedroom go?
I would get really angry if I came in to that. I would refuse to accept it and demand to get it redone by people with better taste.
Glad the homeowners like it. Personally I'm not impressed.
Not thrilled with the floors. Concrete floors can be gorgeous, but these just look like they forgot to finish it.
I've nevered liked these two renovations. He's just plain goofy. Her ideas are usually pretty iffy.
Clicked on the clip before I realized what it was.
I thought they were husband and wife until the end of the video. I did think they were an odd couple. However, I am a little more intrigued that they are brother and sister.
Just for clarity, you mean the design team, not the homeowners.
Love the look of the kitchen, but the practicality of no upper cabinets? Meh, not so much.

Very underwhelming rénovation. Where is Joanna Gaines?????
I'm curious what she would have done with it, or done to it. It's almost painful to see houses like this lose what makes them unique.

She’s in Texas; this house is in Pennsylvania. The Gaineses do farmhouse, which would not have worked here.

Needs ripped out and modernised. It was stuck in the 70s. Get rid of all of it!
I’d prefer a door on the toilet for sound and smell proofing lol
And how about just for privacy? Can’t believe they put glass doors on the bathroom, so your partner can lie in bed and watch you use the loo.
