Calling Burwood Chinatown food Chinese food is doing injustice to the folks there. The food there are from different part of China,. Some of the preparation goes all the way back to the Silk Road. should go to Xian Muslim quarters, it is unbelievable, then you will understand Burwood. We are so lucky in Sydney.. from many part of the world they come.. Our lives are so enrich, Only a fool think other wise. You’re absolutely right-Burwood has such a rich variety of dishes from all over China. The diversity of food in Sydney truly is a gift, and we’re so lucky to experience it here.
