- I wanted to take a few minutes to share one of my favorite warm-up drills. It's simple yet effective, especially in instances when a player has limited time available or nowhere to hit shots before they play.

In a sea of golf content, I find some original stuff. Amazing.
For a multi-millionaire, Padraig remains the hardest working golfer, by now teaching use duffers. The SCH (Swish, Chest, Hold) is brilliant for beginners. Thanks Mr. Harrington. All the other you-tuber posters are 2nd shelf to you.
Padraig - At last I have found a golf channel that is full of common sense, practical golf tips that actually work for average golfers like me!
I just can't get over how when so much has already been said about golf you always come up trumps with something that is not just different for the sake of being different but different because it works. Thanks
I just found Paddy's channel by a stroke of luck. What a treat to get lessons and tips from one of the most exciting Superman of the Ryder Cup.
Can’t wait for the looks on the range when I try this…!
Watched thousands of videos on golf over the years. But your golf tips have really helped. Made so much difference. Thanks.
Grateful for all your videos, Sir!
Many thanks from Romania, we are watching all your lessons.
What a coach. Superb. Always loved you as a player but a magic coach too.
Can’t wait to try this in front of my group tomorrow! I may not play any better but good luck them beating me when trying to play through their tears while pissing and shitting themselves with laughter 🤣 Hell, I may have to do it on every tee! 💰💰💰
Brilliant, as always.
Really need this one Padraig, early tee times since 1977
Thanks Padraig….. let me at it💪

This warmup is awesome and really cued something in how I generate power for my swing. all my irons are up about 10 yards since I started doing this drill!
Who's the negative nelly who just has to put the dislike? Guy is a super star and giving free lesson. Give your head a shake on a brick wall.

Superb champ.
Hi Sir big fan! Is it possible to make a short video on how you shallow the club? All the best!
This seems like something you would do AFTER your warmup. 😄
Note to self > dont hit back foot with ball!! #doh
My best men
Padraig. power accumulator 3. golfing machine. Do you use it? Or ... do you rotate the left forearm and how much? minimal or doesn't matter? what are your thoughts? #WFT
Padraig, can you talk about golfers who may over time maybe age related or because of repetitive strain… who start to feel pain in their left elbow/shoulder fingers/wrists. What is your understanding of golf related injuries in the arms? What causes it? And Best ways to avoid injuries? Is hitting off range mats bad for your joints.
Super interesting topic I think people would love your two cents.
Thank you!

Maybe ok if you are younger but not a great idea if you haven’t at least done few warm up stretches first. Violent use of “cold” muscle cannot be helpful.
I did this in the carpark and broke two windscreens
