Well the best part about this episode is the fact that they didn't get beat up in the ends they've got a few injuries but they're all right man because Eddie stood up to his best friend
Eddy does have some admirable character traits. Ambition, risk-taking, not discouraged by failure, can stand up for himself and his friends when he needs to, leadership, goal-orientation, salesmanship... He's got a lot for a kid in middle school. He'll go far in his adult life if he can clean up his act a bit.
Eddy probably also learned these traits from his brother. But unfortunately, his brother is also a sadistic piece of shit who beats up children for fun. Eddy's brother is a lot like Andrew Tate. Yes, he teaches positive masculine values to young men. But the guy's in a Romanian prison for human trafficking! Not somebody we should look up to. In hindsight, Eddy's brother is a good commentary on these kind of 'influencers'.
