The only other CD related thing I know of is Queens Carnage CD is lower the more people you hit with it. Along similar lines to Genjis reset on killing someone with dash, but not for an unsuccessful use.

Cooldowns that refund time are queens carnage which takes away 2 secs for each person hit, then hack if interrupted has a shorter cooldown,
Sombras hack has shorter cooldown if canceled btw
Also JQ has shorter cd on carnage for every player hit. 1 second each.
These outrageous thumbnails are really startin to grow on me😂

Huge game. Just played this map on hog. Went 36-6. They swapped to mauga zen reaper and ana. Stayed hog and cooked
Torb if u throw his turret down and someone breaks it then it recalls for 12 or so seconds but if u throw it to close to a wall it breaks and gives u 5 sec instead of 12 to get back😊
Sombra's hack has 3 different cooldowns for health packs, breaking, and hacking btw

You know i really dislike hog, he's a toxic character when hes strong and a soft throw if he's bad but seeing cyx play him is very satisfying. What i like most about cyx is his calm demeanor, he feels very chill compared to some others who are either wingey or salty or just hyperactive

They should give Hog back his hook before they nerfed his 1-shot combo. Everyone has more HP so a 30 damage hook + shorter distance (1.5 hook) shouldn't be a problem in this season.
And yes, they should also shorten the cooldown if it breaks because it does it a lot, idk why
Hog rn is pretty bad so the 30 damage hook would actually be a very nice compensation buff for him since everyone has more health but he definitely does not need a hook range nerf
I think we should be able to cancel hook. It could lead to some amazing tech by slingshotting ppl off the map with it. But 30 dmg hook is also good.

sombra hack and torb turret have a sort of refund cd mechanic
if you hack health packs you get (i think) 2 seconds cd back and if you self destroy your turret you get some cd back
