    Just met your channel and liked a lot the "Neural aproach". It is nice to see a strength training that goes beyond the "Muscular aproach". I found the neural floss exercises and the isometric exercises very detailed explained, which shows the knowledge behind the sugestion. Congrats!

    I'm 4'10...I either need a really stable stool to stand on or do everything but the above ones...and make sure my arm span goes far enough.
