Hi Garry , some nice images there, what a place for photography is Scotland, just stunning autumnal colours up there this year. Love my pocket 3 , the quality you get from such a small package is great . The 360 camera gives you some interesting viewpoints along with the 3m pole.
Great video - great images and great commentary about how you do stuff. I love using a fluid head - makes video that much smoother; as well as panos a bit quicker too. I've probably been to the Black Cat waterfall 20-odd times now; and never done the shot you got of the waterfall twisting downwards with the road bridge in the bottom. Amazing!!! The road from Spean Bridge to Loch Arkaig is an astonishing section of the highlands - I could genuinely spend a week there doing nothing other than taking photos ot the autumn colours.
A nice one again Garry. You know you can have the best cameras and all the fancy gear but at the end the only thing matters is that eye behind the viewfinder or lcd. And that is why I'm here.
This was far from your bog standard "what's in my bag" mate, this was very informative. I did have noticed on your videos your B-role is top notch and now I know how you get it. I also have the osmo pocket 3 a fantastic bit of kit. Iv considered the 360, but that would just be for on the bike so still giving it some thought. Great images also mate 👍
Thanks mate. I love the 360 but have to say it’s not for everyone. Using one, getting your head around it and editing into useable footage isn’t for everyone. It can be a pain.
@@DanielBennettphotographyuk Realistically you have to edit separately and integrate it into the normal footage afterwards. Usual messes with my head 😆
Great video mate, really well put together, have the same fear as you with drones, preventing me using it enough. Just a thought on the orientation of the camera on the fluid head would a peak design capture clip be a good option to change the angle?
Very informative but you have missed out a mention of your most important piece of equipment ..... The long suffering helper/Sherpa. 😉
How could I forget my second unit director. 🤣
I do love the osmo pocket 3, loving the 360, might be on my Christmas list
The 360 is a whole different world. I’d proceed with caution 🤣 at the very least it will mess with your head 🤣🤣
Really great to see the vlogging gear you use. Good stuff.
Thanks! 👍 I'ved had a of of questions about it recently so thought I'd share.

Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching mate.
Of course I enjoyed the video! Interesting issue with the fluid head - another solution to yours is to use the Capture plate from Peak Design.
Thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed 👍🏻

Those moss covered walls as you drive there are amazing - never managed to get a good shot of them though. Thanks as always for watching.

Thank you so much.

@garrysugdenphotography yeh iv heard it can be very awkward to edit and for me that's a big put off unfortunately

Really enjoyed that ! Thanks for sharing 👍

Thanks. Others have said the same about the capture clip but wouldn’t work for portrait orientation.
Some good insight into the amount of effort it takes to shoot your vlogs Garry 👍 fantastic images, reckon you need a pack mule as well mate 😂😂
Thats what the wife is for (Hopes she doesn't read this)
@garrysugdenphotography 🤣🤣
Interesting mate, I can see why your bag weighs a ton !
And it explains why I have a bad back :-)
