1:38 JT has to work on his internal hip rotation. His foot opens before contact. Foot needs to be more closed. While he probably hits hard from his size, he's losing out on more power due to tight hips
I am really shocked and curious! Is this a lesson on power where you are giving instruction on how to create it or more "I'm just giving you drills to work on power"? After all of the drills i didn't really hear any clear "this is what you are working on here to create more power..." comments, followed by "if you do this technique wise, your power should increase...". For example on drill 3 of the wall you mentioned "you wanna swing forward". Wouldn't you focus on contacting the ball more out in front to swing forward and limit backswing? And by doing this connecting in a way with the ball by which your body (mass) is behind the ball as opposed to being close to it in order to create more effective power? Just asking.
The Wall is great. Super video Zane.
Hey zane, will blue chew also increase my power?
Yes it does
No spin…
Does power come from using a Gen 3 paddle?
Underrated comment. Lol
Thanks for the tips! Grrrrrrrrr, power!👍👍

Zane doesn’t really know what’s he talking about. It’s all hypothetical theories.
