You missed the best training technique for creating fast hands. We do this at my school. Shoot paintballs across the net and have the student block them with the paddle. Once they get hit a few times they really develop fast hands. If you want to create winners you must think outside the box with your training.
Great tips! Love the head bobbing/ lunging tip cause I do it constantly.😂 J Dub Johnson is beautiful to watch because his head & upper body are so still.

That may be. But when i cant get to the p.b. i reach!!!! So obviously i have no idea what to do...obviously i need lessons... i have no idea what level i am.... i would like to play p.b. tournament but dont have partner. Would like coed/mens doubles partner....
