Hello Sophia, I’m very glad I got a chance to see this video. As a student here in Pakistan I had very little guidance regarding the LNAT. Your video has been very helpful and prepared me for it. Hopefully gonna get into Kings College now 🤞🏻
🙃 arbitio states that international students for Oxbridge require 30+ in the MCQ and obviously a good essay. I'm doomed 😭 my LNAT is in 2 days... And I have to get up at 4am for it since the only test centre in my country is 3.5 hours away... Anywho! Thank you for this video! I've been getting 25 ish in every practice I've done... I'm super disappointed 😮💨 Oxbridge will remain a dream
@@vixxa1719 thank you! It went alright! I just wish we could have gotten the results straight after so I could tweak my college choices in favour of my marks... But best of luck tomorrow!! You'll be fine :) Haha the traveling was tough, and I got 0 hours of sleep because I just couldn't fall asleep knowing I had to wake up at 4am... But it went relatively well thank God! I ended up getting home at around half 5 in the evening but it was an adventure in itself 😆
@@chq2252 I'm really glad :D and im sure u did great but I thought for section A you would get your results back straight away no? It's great u took a positive side to the journey as well and that you made it home safely
Hey I’m taking the LNAT this year and I saw a video on how to structure the format of the essay. They said it’s best to have: Intro: keep it short but mention the two main arguments you are going to give Argument one Argument two Counter argument: remember to counter the counter Conclusion This is it briefly but do some more research if you want to to get more depth and understanding good luck on your LNAT :)
I just lack with my reading skills , by the end of 95 minutes I’m still usually left with two passages. Would u prefer reviewing the question and answers first and then start reading or we should directly start up with the reading ?
I think if you are struggling for time with the reading prioritise reading the passage first once and then have a go at the questions straight after. If you struggle with a question and need to reread the passage then definitely do but don’t get too worried if you miss a couple questions out because you run out of time - at the end of the day the average mark is around 20 so if you miss a couple marks don’t stress about it! Just give it your best shot! Good luck :)
You have quite a lot of time in the multiple choice section so I’d recommend read each carefully at least once but don’t spend too much time reading it over and over again because you want to give yourself time to have a go at all of the questions! To answer your question precisely a few mins for each passage but it really depends on how fast you read
Thanks so much for this vid! I’m applying to do law and spanish law at KCL which would be the dream 🥺 my LNAT is on saturday and im so nervous lol. I often find you eliminate it down to 2 options but then they’re really similar so yeah tricky!
Ah that’s amazing! I hope your LNAT goes well! I would say if you are stuck between two then go with your gut - what I learnt from doing it is to reason out the answer and then if your stuck between choose the one that you had the best feeling about out of the two to begin with. I hope that makes sense! But I’m sure you’ll do great! ❤️
@@Doothis haha such an old comment but i got a very average score for that year... so, meh, 🤷🏻♀ but i ended up not liking law as much as i thought and swapped to policy x
