The burger was far too pink for my liking. Would of sent it back and asked them to do it well done as I like my meat that way. As it is I would give it a 7 .

Beef steak rare is great, mince meat rare is dangerous. I won't bore everyone why! Very expensive for burger and chips but it looked decent. Surprised at the high prices in US in your videos. May be a weak exchange rate issue?! I guess these were filmed before you met up with Martin. Thanks for your excellent videos.

That is a crime, we have,as a society, gone essentially mad , supply chain issues or not, such idiotic apologists for such gouging... yet we condemn and chastise to the marrow for such small differences of opinion , in some regards otherwise
What -- no pretty ladies today? I'm not sure about this restaurant -- it would have been OK if the meat was cooked to 160 degrees. Rare steaks are OK but not hamburger meat -- it's a health-related issue. You set the bar pretty high when you went to Chef Dave's Porterhouse and the Sizzling Stone -- I've been in enough restaurants to know that they're gonna be hard to beat :) Thanks for the video and stay safe!!!

Queues outside - massive if you're there at a busy time of day.
If you have/want to queue, you stand right by the big flaming sign which actually gets uncomfortably hot :)

That burger has as much to do with Gordon Ramsey as me cooking a burger at home using his recipe book.
Look up on line. He does not own them. They are all owned and operated by Caesars. Gordon gets up 10% kick back for using his name, likeness and recipes.
The cooks (not chefs ! ) would not be trained by Gordon, lol.
Call me old fashioned but I prefer my burgers cooked. Nice update fella. 👍

I thought (whilst expensive) it looked wonderful. I am so enjoying the USA tour series. These videos are great.
That was interesting, and I'm a few minutes from the end, but initial thoughts having read the comments below were that whatever the facts around authenticity, the whole offering, including the food was cleverly constructed; the whole ambience, branding and hype that was created, to present a plate of food (which does really look enticing).
Lee - you were in graphic design - how much do you think we can be led by image as well as taste? Is it another sense when tasting food, not just with eyes and the food looking appealing, but the whole package?
Sorry for rambling, but it did look tasty, and the price kind of justifies a once in a very occasional treat.

I think the comments really reflect on price as well Lee. For 18$ you definitely expect fries included I personally think it would be a better idea to charge 19'99 and make it a meal with a drink. Overall looked good but definitely not the best burger out there I reckon you will still come across that one In the future. Score 5 /10 because pricing is everything these days let's be honest. 👍🏼
Don't forget the $10 chippies are A' la Carte Fries, or are they Table D' Hotel Chipped potatoes lol.

Gordon Ramsay clearly has a dog in this burger debate!! Stocks and shares maybe??😂. Either way, be it a greasy spoon or some high end place, you are always honest in your assessment Mc. I think this one was a good call. Sometimes “the name brand ” can supersede the product. I also can’t believe the average “frozen fries” didn’t come with the burger for that price!! To be fair the burger looked really good.
I got to say your use of incidental music is always spot on. No idea how you source it but you got good taste in music. I’d give the food 7 and 1/2 out of 10 and the video a 10 out of 10 as per the usual.

Looks fantastic too me. I hate when a burger is overcooked. Slightly on the medium rare side at this type of place is more than likely safe as can be. The quality of the ground beef is very high and sourced specifically from certain purveyors

For a restaurant endorsed/owned by Gordon Ramsay, I'm shocked to see that the burger wasn't cooked properly. I'd have sent it straight back. Minced meat should be throughly cooked through and I'm sure he's even said this on his 'Kitchen Nightmares' series himself! So for the burger, 0/10 because it wasn't cooked.
The fries looked crisp and I'd have a bash at the sauces so they'd get a healthy 8/10. Knocked 2 points off for not being included with the burger.

I got sick from an under cooked hamburger so never again . anything over 2.50 for a can of pop is a price gouge and nine dollars for a small side of chips . the best hamburger in the world has cheese and bacon with lettuce and tomato and a pickle and chips and a drink are included in the price of 13.75 Burger Revolution 357 Front St Belleville Ontario Canada.

Burger looked OK. Not cheap that's for sure. Did you order it rare if not in was not cooked to perfection as you are normally a medium man. Could they not find a knife to slice the Avocado. Its a 5/10 due to undercooked Burger and a massive lump of 🥑.

Crikey it really noisy in there - like a busy train station or something - didnt seem like too many rowdy groups in there either! Almost wonder if its a Vegas trick so people don't stay too long when they could be out gambling lol. The burger looked awesome 9.5 from me.

To me Burger meat was undercooked, for me anyway. I have been on a few American Princess cruise ships and to have a burger so undercooked one has to sign a waiver re food poisoning. Avocado is weird on a burger. Everyones tastes differ. Price, very expensive to me, fries should be included with the meal price, but that is LV. Anyway, Lee liked it, so a 7/10 from me. Viva Las Vegas !
The avocado was most likely optional. You don't have to have it on your burger if you don't like avocado or if you don't like it on your burger.

To be fair though for #poshpiledupfood the price wasn't too scathing considering the prices you've been paying in other places so far this trip. Great videos by the way. 🙂

G,day lee the burger look nice but the meat was too raw and pink just be carefull it can make you very sick 2/10
Way too rare as well. The Rise and Crown in Hartlip does a far better burger than this, proper sized, non-glossy bun, Brie inside, chips included. No comparison.
$18 IS about £13 and it's Vegas. Those that moan should probably stick to horse meat out of burger vans
At last something good you have had. It did look nice I have to admit and I don't mind a bit of spice lol. 9.5 with the looks anyway lol. The Fries looked nice as well.

I'm a Burgerman and I think the Farmhouse Burger with the truffle fries is da best Burger plate I ever had :D it is a little expensive but you get what you get, but I recommend the signature Burgers at Sugar Factory as well really good smoke flavor on them

To be honest wasn't really blown away with the look of it maybe a 7 at best, also it wasn't cooked enough for me, mince always has to be cooked right through to avoid food poisoning I was told. But glad you liked it Lee
Yes thats right Mike. Any bacteria will go right through the mince causing Ecoli or samonella. Must be cooked through. 👍
How do they do steak tartare then? Thats essentially raw beef.
Food positioning? Rather risk that and worms than overcooked dry leathery beef patty!

Planet Hollywood is expensive. I remember when the London one opened, early 90sI walked on by and got a slice of pizza 🍕 from a stall instead .
What the .!!!! No way..gotta cook burgers through..as the mince doesn't have a complete surface like steak..can hold bacteria..a 3 at most for me..after the burger had had a trip back to the grill to finish cooking..😉

I didn’t like the look of that one Macca, the burger looked a bit too pink and falling apart and I’m not a fan of Avocado as I find it a bit slimey ? I’ll give it 7/10, why can’t you just get a good old simple burger anymore with just some cheese and lettuce ? Anyway another good video kidda 👍🏻
The burger apart from being a tad dear (as for the fries….!) did look good albeit a bit pink, but the fresh avocado n roasted tomato was a nice touch.the dips looked scrumptious too..another good vlog, together with the GR impersonation at the beginning!(I did notice)😅

Not sure which video it was, but you did give a 9 and a 10 on a burger you had in Leeds and some other place in England. Different taste sensations is what makes the world go round. I thought the beef looked a little too pink for my tastes, but I'd give it a 9 too.👍

Lots of comments about 'it is pink in the middle' Fair comment but here is the deal. If it's really well sourced mince (probably made in house) then medium to well done is the best way to have it. If you like it blasted through then go to Burger King or wherever . I completely agree on the fries comment - should be included or an offer of something else like sweet potato fries

Got a bit nervous with the title but at last you got some good food. Burger was cooked perfectly for my tastes but I still like it with only ketchup, bit of relish and raw onion, maybe some Swiss cheese and mushrooms. Wonder if the head chef there is one of Hells Kitchen winners. Yes, fries should go with the burger. Saw sticky toffee pudding in some form on the menu, wonder if it would pass your discerning pallet.
