Thanks for posting this! I was at the show in Grand Rapids a few weeks ago (my first ritual!) And I'm watching everyone's videos reliving the experience. \m/
Oh I can top that... I saw them in Camden NJ. And Papa didn't say, "NJ," he actually said Camden. Camden has one of the highest crime rates in America & is Jersey's most violent city. That's said, I loved the arena and would go back in a heartbeat!
Congrats! Two weeks after I saw Ghost I saw Tool. The did The Pot and I got to cross something off my list, too...screaming "GONJA PUH-LEEZ" the same time Maynard did. 😁
And in those days there appeared in Alexandria a female philosopher, a pagan named Hypatia, and she was devoted at all times to magic, astrolabes and instruments of music, and she beguiled many people through her Satanic wiles. And the governor of the city honoured her exceedingly; for she had beguiled him through her magic. During the Christian season of Lent in March 415, a mob of Christians under the leadership of a lector named Peter, raided Hypatia's carriage as she was travelling home.[97][98][99] They dragged her into a building known as the Kaisarion, a former pagan temple and center of the Roman imperial cult in Alexandria that had been converted into a Christian church.[89][97][99] There, the mob stripped Hypatia naked and murdered her.
It is such a tragic story. I posted this elsewhere, but it was hard for me to sing some of the lyrics when I saw them, "sealed an apostle witch's doom," "throw your holy rocks right at her," "continence of bishops w/ their choir boys en suite.." I love Tobias for telling the story of Hypatia. It's inspiring for anyone (such as myself) who's ever said, "I can't" or thought they wouldn't be accepted. Imagine if she'd known that 1600 years later, there would be a song written for her.
I`m 54 and love Ghost, so exited to see them in Malmö in may!
I’m 62 and have dug them since the first album. They just get better and better. I am so hyped for the new record!

@@CiriceMe they said the album was based in victorian times but also alot of the album lives in the fall of rome rise of christendom time period.
@@Ianews1 yes, you can definitely tell.
Anyone notice how the intro sounds like the intro to "Battery" and the harmony part from Metallica studio version? I find it awesome!
True - I get more a To Live is To Die vibe though
Ghost is using a new opening song before the come on. What song is it?
The song is Kaisarion! It’s the second song from Impera :)
The opening instrumental track that plays before Kaisarion I believe is called "Imperium"
@@nokoff7865 I know kaisarion. It’s not that one. It’s the song before they take the stage.
@@Chozo_Ghost if so I will have to wait till the album comes out.
That song before they open is called Imperium.
