I’ve been trying to work mine for the longest time and it ever makes a cord it just gets jammed

What yarn weight? And you have the clothespin-looking weight on? If you're good in both cases, you may want to be sure your hooks aren't bent.

Just got one of these. What could o be doing wrong? It keeps dropping stitches. I have tried many times.

If the yarn is too fine or too thick, it won’t work properly. You also have to use the weight or the stitches draw up. What are you using?

That yarn should work. Are you sure you loaded it properly? Also, how fast are you cranking?
