I don't have the full version LOL , but it has some ok samples ... I'm a guitarist mainly into death metal so recording wise I just use this kit plugged straight into a interface then into the PC it sounds fine but not as brilliant as a real kit mastered ... it probably can sound awesome but it takes time and playing around with the vst mainly ... pretty much the sound through an amp is killer for me , but by all means check out reaper the valuation version it's free and has samples but there might be a better suited vst for you , depending what style and sound you are after.

I prefer playing with mesh heads rather than those rubber heads. It just feels more like a real drum head to me and the rebound is less harsh. That drum set sounds nice though.

I have used it with Reaper and works fine , but keep in mind I use it for home use ... not full professional :)
Would you need a drum sample library/plug in of some sorts with reaper for better samples or does reaper have good built in ones?
