    I love that, along with his art, he’s working at raising awareness for the wildlife he immortalizes.

    I enjoy watching this show so much...I find random painting videos on youtube, but with CIYL, I can always count on Graeme & the gang to turn us on to artists that are new for me. They also give equal attention to a variety of styles. I watch this more than any 'prime-time' or major network television. Thank you very much for all of the education, fun, & entertainment. Safe travels from America!!

    A wonderful Artist and a fanastic human being committed to helping our beautiful wildlife, it was a pleasure to hear of his travels and art. But disappointed that we did not get to see much art or artistic explanation being done at all. Hope you are on the mend Graeme and wishing you a speedy recovery.

    Hi I am Steve Morvell and for all of the people canning Graeme for not showing more of my art technique.... that was my choosing not his. Too many people imagine technique is what will make them an artist when the truth is to be found in the artist's motivation. It is the heart which will drive a true artist to learn from whatever the do and experience. Just go am take a few risks....keep an eye on what happens and teach yourself to learn from 'mistakes' as they are usually your best teachers.

      Thank you Steve, this may sound a little silly but you are coming to the moon with me. I will explain in the next week or so. But the whole series is going to land on the moon, Graeme

    Beautiful work but disappointing not to see more of his process of how he used the pastels and how he produced his artwork. Never seen so many pastels laid out! But we didn't really see him use them.

      I agree this channel is all about sharing tips and techniques so we all can develop not just the ones who go to the 'masterclass' !

      He did give some knowledge about his techniques to get 3D effect, I think he gave a lesson in being present in the essence of nature. What we do with it is up to each individual.

      Maybe I think some people put way too much emphasis on the how of art rather than the why of painting.....which is after all what propels an artist through their lifetime

  • @KatMa664

    Beautiful work. However the show is turning out to be more of a commercial been teaching you anything about Art. Talking and talking and talking and very little teaching. All about the artist. I guess if he paid to be on the show that's what he would want you to feature. But I'd like to see how he does what he does.

    • @ColourinyourlifeAu
      @ColourinyourlifeAu  7 лет назад +5

      Thats what he wanted Kathy, the show is the Artists decision, we have just created the platform for them to say what they need to

    • @allw00man
      @allw00man 5 лет назад +1

      I agree with Kathy, Wendy and others yes there's so much advertising and talking and talking that i have it on mute now and not much of the artist actually doing their work..@@ColourinyourlifeAu

      I've got a great idea girls. Instead of me forking out hundreds of thousands of dollars of my own money over the years and getting no support. Maybe you guys could right me a large check so that i wouldn't have to scrap the financial barrel to do this. Its easy when your on the outside and you have no clue how hard this has been to keep together all these years. I have not made a cent in 8 years. I'll look forward to getting the checks from you, Graeme
