Jelly Roll was recently (June 6, 2024) featured at a free outdoor concert in Detroit where they celebrated the reopening of the Michigan Central Station, which had been in a dilapidated state for decades. Jelly Roll was part of a tribute to Bob Seger; he sang "Turn the Page." Later that night, as part of the same concert, he was also featured in a performance of "Sing for the Moment" by Eminem. The original recording features Steven Tyler of Aerosmith singing parts of Aerosmith's hit "Dream On." In this performance, Jelly Roll sang Steven Tyler's part. The concert also included performances by Common, Illa J, Kierra Sheard, Melissa Etheridge, Theo Parrish, Slum Village, the Clark Sisters, Sky Jetta, Fantasia, Diana Ross, Jack White, Big Sean, and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.
WHat i love abou Falling in Reverse is that whenever they have people on the tracks they give them the chance to shine. Like Jelly Roll in that last chorus is amazing and in Ronald they let Alex kust do his thing at the end and Tech Nine too.

OMG Elizabeth you have to react to The GazettE one day! They went through different heavy styles and Ruki's voice is just amazing and better with the years (I think it can be interesting for you!)
I like in the bank you see the elderly lady using an ATM as Ronnie and Jelly Roll walk in. Also you described it as Country Rock, well we could also say its Hoedowncore, Farmyardcore and Yeehawwcore. I can't wait to see some line dancing in the mosh pits...that will be awesome.
Hi Elizabeth! I just want to say that I love your channel and your reactions are priceless! I am from Canada and soon, it will be Canada Day, so I was thinking of some Canadian bands that I love and think that you should check out. I haven't seen you analyze many Canadians so I think that it is aboot time. 😉 Here are a few.. The Tragically Hip, Our Lady Peace, and The Tea Party. I chose these ones for their unique voices and amazing songs. Enjoy!🍁
I agree (and not because psychicmom is MY mom 😊) so I thought i'd reccomend a couple from each. For Our Lady Peace it would be Automatic Flowers or Superman's Dead. For Tea Party, Fire in the Head or The River. And for The Tragically Hip, Ahead by a Century or 50 Mission Cap.
I am sure you know this, but for those that don’t the quote “Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans” is from the John Lennon song “Beautiful Boy” written for his son Sean shortly before John’s death.
So glad to see this. I'll have to see what you said at the beginning Elizabeth about different things you put in losing views. I'm thinking it works both ways. There's a lot of folks wandering around just looking for people reacting on Falling in Reverse / Ronnie Radke. This video with jelly roll and Ronald with Tech N9ne Ivan et al.... are snagging up folks in all sorts of genres listening to things they've never heard before. You were my first reaction site where I found music I had never heard in my whole life and went down multiple rabbit holes. I thank you for the gift that you never knew you gave. I'm always hoping to see something on your side that's on the path that I'm on at the moment. So here we are ❤
Elizabeth, upon reading your personal description I couldn’t help but notice that a significant love of yours is Christmas. What a coincidence it is, then, that I now exhort you to analyse a remarkable performance of ‘My Way’ by a singer called Sydnie Christmas in her semifinal appearance of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent contest. I think her landmark performance might just have set a new industry standard for this revered song. Her power, clarity, dynamics, emotional impact and personality will astound you. Oh, and the stunning vocal arrangement is, I believe, her own. Please analyse Sydnie’s performance - you will not regret it. I thank you sincerely, in eager anticipation.
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! If you read these comments then I would hope you will REACT TO THIS RNB SINGER THAT GOES BY THE NAME “NAO” SHE HAS SUCH A WIDE RANGE AND HER SINGING AND HER SONGS ARE JUST SO GOOD TO HEAR! I love watching your reaction videos to all kinds of music and I feel like you would REALLY LOVE NAO and her instrument
Ha..you finally got here. I've been waiting. There's one note that didn't work for me in his voice in the beginning. Love these 2 together. Hope theres a part 2. Very entertaining.
Loved this reaction! A great song for you to react in the future is “The Stage” by Avenged Sevenfold. This song talks about humanity and the way people have treated each other throughout history. It speaks from the perspective of a man growing up and realizing corruption of the world. The studio version is amazing for you to react! Amazing vocals and imagery. Promise you you’ll love this song and it’ll get you back on the A7X bandwagon 😊
So I have just realised that you have never done a vocal analysis of Jeff Martin from the band The Tea Party! And am very curious to hear what you say about his deep sexy voice. I think you would love their song Sister Awake. There are a couple of live versions on RUclips - e.g. from the Australian Reformation Tour in 2012. (second half of this video - ruclips.net/video/6lVtx2PTIE0/видео.html)
I think what i appreciate from Falling in Reverse is for years bands have been terrified to "experiement" or "change their sound". You have seen fans turn on bands like Linkin Park or Slipknot for trying to introduce some new stuff. Falling in Reverse try every genre of music but sprinkle their own touch with making it heavy. I saw someone on tik tok describe them as not nu-metal but ADHD metal because every song is just a total 180 of their previous release! Its amazing
Country is having quite a moment and I’m here for it. I’ve dipped in and out of it as a genre my whole life. It’s not really my vibe 90% of the time but now and again, it shines brilliantly. Rick Beato was doing a review of the Country top 10 recently and he said something that struck me. To paraphrase his sentiments, Country has managed to maintain high production value, places importance on lyrics and vocal performances, and has always had some of the very best musicians in the industry and consistently connects emotionally with it’s audience. So much music out there today has gotten stale with its over editing of vocals, with its lazy instrumentation, it’s lyrical wasteland, and even how neutered the song construction has become. I mean, where have all the bridges and coda’s gone? He pointed out that all the best song writers, producers, and musicians are in Nashville. I have been loving Post Malone’s country phase, for instance. I’ve been driving my family nuts with all the Morgan Wallen I’ve been listening to. They keep asking me, “WHHHYYYY?” and I keep telling them it’s his voice, it’s the lyrics, and it’s the mashup of different genres all filtered through that Country filter. All the things I have always adored about both Pop and Alternative has popped up at this amazing bush bash Country is currently hosting. I love it 😃
The Sheriff (Blair White) is transgender and also another very controversial figure. She interviewed Ronnie when the video was released. She then spoke about how loving and accepting he is of everyone, despite all the opposite opinions you hear from the internet.
Tbh tho, Blair White is known in the trans community as the token trans person that transphobes will chat with and befriend so they can claim that they're not transphobic bc they're friends with one trans person. It works bc she is conservative I guess?? Kinda hard to be trans and conservative nowadays tho, idk how she does it. Anyways, the rest of us usually don't fuck with the ppl she hangs out with. Or with her. It's a whole thing. I expected that from Ronnie, kinda sad but life goes on.
You just can't go wrong with Ronnie Radke. Falling in Reverse is phenomenal, and I truly hope to see them live some day. You add Jelly Roll, a fantastic artist and human, and it's a can't miss event. Now Jelly needs to go full metal crazy in a Falling in Reverse song.
If you want another country anomaly, check out Radio Song by Hardy, featuring Jeremy McKinnon from A Day to Remember. The only reason I listened to that song was because of Jeremy haha. Also hope you analyze ADTR in the future!
You absolutely have to check out the band Tallah. Their vocalists uses such a wide range of vocal techniques, I feel like you could spend hours breaking it down. He also does 1 take live vocal performances for a breadth of their songs. Red Light, L.E.D, or Overconfidence is what I would recommend to start. I feel like you would genuinely have so much fun reacting to them.
My Wife has degrees in classical music. She analyzes voices like you do. Just on a much less public level. She teaches almost all instruments, primarily piano. I admire you for allowing us to enjoy your take on these artists.
Can we talk about how perfect the arrangement was to bring out the best of both Ronnie's range and Jelly Roll's sheer power. This is genius writing as you would expect from Ronnie. It's unreal how well put together this is.
If you haven't already, you should check out Mickey Thomas who's the featured vocalist in the live performance by the band, Elvin Bishop - "I Fooled A round and Fell In Love" on the Midnight Special show in 1976. (The band is named after Elvin Bishop who's the lead guitar player in the band.)
In the comments on their original video, lots of their fans were saying how during this song they plan to do the line dancing in the pit during the breakdown, and I totally want to go to one of their shows just to see that. It'd be awesome!!🤘🤣🤣
When you were at 24:55 describing hiw Jelly Roll was singing, I always consider that like "anthem" singing. It's bigger and fuller than normal, but not pushing it to any boundaries!

Hi. I'd like to recommend watching this live performance outside "Hot water music - State of grace CARDINAL SESSIONS. It just blew my mind with the dynamics and this guy's voice. This guy's vocal cords are much stronger than Corey Taylor's vocal cords. I've never heard such a dense and meaty sound. I'm sure you'll be interested. Best wishes)
“Acid rain” really shows off M-Shadow’s vocal range and there is so much emotion in it, I would love for you to be able to experience that with all of us.
Joyner Lucas and Jelly, Eminem and Jelly, Yelawolf and Jelly, Struggle and Jelly, Laney Wilson and Jelly, Adam Calhoun and Jelly, Peanut Butter and Jelly and now Ronnie and Jelly! Jelly is everywhere! 🔥
I understand the expression of Elizabeth in the thumbnail. The video most definitely can be placed the " this is weird" category.
THe song wasnt what I expected but it was pretty good
My face was the same! But also in a good way! 😂
I'll replace "this is weird" with "this is fun"
Comments on the original call it Yeehawdcore or countrycore and I'm absolutely here for it
Your analysis is so interesting! Great choice of songs to evaluate! ❤
I didn't expect this song to be considered country. They play it on the local rock/alternative station all the time.
It's definitely not country lol
This was a great review, I truly enjoyed it. Also your vibe is wonderful and your voice is so soothing.
It’s my first time in this channel, gotta check out that playlist you were talking about 😊❤
OMG Elizabeth you have to react to The GazettE one day! They went through different heavy styles and Ruki's voice is just amazing and better with the years (I think it can be interesting for you!)
I was getting a "How can I save everyone else, when I can't save myself" vibe. At least at the opening
Noticed the atm's in the bank the first time I watched the video too. It definitely made me laugh.
Here are a few..
16:45 Has anyone discovered the "modern" ATM? (on the left)
24:06 your description of the “human condition” is my new favorite 🤩 😂
Just listening to some old '80s music. Iva Davies vocals (Icehouse) on "Electric Blue" and "Crazy" would be a great listen.
Seeing Elizabeth getting that happy is what I live for. ❤

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!
If you read these comments then I would hope you will
REACT TO THIS RNB SINGER THAT GOES BY THE NAME
“NAO”
SHE HAS SUCH A WIDE RANGE AND HER SINGING AND HER SONGS ARE JUST SO GOOD TO HEAR!
WITH THE MAVERICK REFERENCE!!!! I love that movie and it perfectly describes the video!
The Green Faerie label says "Drink me" lol. The line dance you remember is probably The Electric Slide. Thanks! This was fun!
Stray Cats - Rock This Town. Have a feeling she will love this group. Criminally underrated band. Setzer is a guitar god
Gotta love genre mashups! Gave me shades of "Country Song" by Seether.
Can't get enough of this song and video. Thanks for the reaction.
Its amazing
YAY! I can't wait!!!
I love it 😃
I wish you would watch the whole song uninterrupted at the end of your videos. I love your channel!
I know its been a year since your last ghost react but you should do one off "mummy dust" . Tobias sings in a complete different way😊
The Sheriff (Blair White) is transgender and also another very controversial figure. She interviewed Ronnie when the video was released. She then spoke about how loving and accepting he is of everyone, despite all the opposite opinions you hear from the internet.
The lady wrestler is also trans and a former WWE wrestler. Jelly Rolls wife Bunni and Ronnie's gf Saraya is also in the video
Having Blaire White in a music video is so fucking weird only Ronnie would be dumb enough to do it
Tbh tho, Blair White is known in the trans community as the token trans person that transphobes will chat with and befriend so they can claim that they're not transphobic bc they're friends with one trans person.
@@MaRoach7 That's a kool touch that I did not know, thank you for the added info. I am just aware of Blaire and Ronnie (obviously haha)
@@Anon-21j idk I think it works well and she "played the role" well, being she actually knows about weapons.
Am I the only one who hears so much Will Ramos in the way Elizabeth talks now?!? Lol
As to losing people when you go "out there", I'm with you no matter what you do! It's good for people to broaden their horizons.
Elizabeth's "Go" growl at 20:53 was pretty damn good!
This song is so good and I love the video.
LOVe YOUR SHOW!! GREAT VARIETY OF ARTISTS!! :)
My Wife has degrees in classical music. She analyzes voices like you do. Just on a much less public level. She teaches almost all instruments, primarily piano. I admire you for allowing us to enjoy your take on these artists.
This was a beautiful video. This song is even better now.
I love your outlook and the glimmer and happiness in your eyes! Great video! New subscriber here!!
Yeah I'm a big old fan of this song, but I also love you
Can we talk about how perfect the arrangement was to bring out the best of both Ronnie's range and Jelly Roll's sheer power.
