this was great! campy and fun. loved the daredevil inspired weaponry you gave Casey and really love bringing Keno into the mix. Makes me wish we got a Casey/Keno fight colab in the 90's movies. Happy you kept the late 80's early 90's vibe with the Casey one liners! Great work. -(apple watch guy)
Ok, I REALLY liked this for what it is, BUT...it started immediately and seemed to jump around a lot. Other than that, I loved the cinematics, the fight choreography and the open ending. Pretty great short and I would LOVE to see a longer film of some before and after with this as part of the middle!
Bud Knight yeah i feel like i had to start it that way for pacing purposes. I didnt want to start with credits, goto a fight scene then training, then another fight scene. Initially i wanted to make the garage scene where hes making all of his gear a separate scene instead of a montage with the gym scene, but the pacing was off so i decided to cut em together. Glad you liked it though👍🏼 be sure to share with your friends and give us a thumbs up
@@PlanetariumPictures Hey I'm no expert, just a fanboy movie lover, you did great! I agree with the prep scene and training inner meshing together, it made for greatness. I understand what you're getting at, that's why I suggested a full length idea with the beginning and an ending. You could even make them in the same manner of a 10-15 minute ordeal and eventually splice and piece them together as one full length fan made movie. Just keep it up!
I thought that professor dude in the beginning was Baxter Stockman until I saw the credits roll. Oh well. But this Casey Jones is on point. Better than @Blinky500 version that's missing the hockey sticks. This Casey is the real deal. The team up with Keno was a major fan service too.

To be completely I honest, I went into this with very low expectations. I've had yet to see a good Casey fan film, and I have to say this one REALLY impressed me. I liked the whole thing with Keno which was a great idea and it was all around put together better than other Casey fan films that I've seen. This was really good and I hope to see more!
@giftofgab247 Yeah the rap song was my biggest beef with the whole project. I don't exactly like how scrawny Casey was either, but those two things aside, I liked it enough to buy it. I wasn't wild about the Purple Dragons leaders face tattoo...too grease paint looking. Anyway, I don't get paid to promote, but if I can help a fellow fan, I will.
Quick question. I know it should be obvious, but dumbass as I am, I gotta ask: is this Casey when he's just starting out? Cause that's the only reason I can think of that Purple Dragon punks (if they ARE Purple Dragons) could get the drop on him like that.
