How do you connect their offices phone number to the missed call text back feature? And is the missed call text back workflow and the conversation AI automatically connected? No one explains the phone number part. I can set it up exactly ho you did and it wont work because no one explains where the texts come from in high level
Just wondering the exact same thing myself. Did you ever try it and get the phone part sorted? I'm seeing the unlimited plan for GoHighLevel is about $300/month, and that includes unlimited sub-accounts. But I'm not understanding how it interfaces with their phones, or if there's going to be additional charges if we need some sort of dedicated phone line per company or something.
In the perfect world everything sounds great !! But let me ask you how do you deal with objections to using their own number and also how do you sell it knowing a2p takes some time and most business don’t like to provide their llc info for a number that is not even their main #. This is the feature I feel like it’s really useful but no one talks about the downsides

You can port their original number into Highlevel but there is a process and it takes about 3 to 4 weeks. When you confidently present it and show them a demo and the result they will get, they will not fight you. Every business goes through A2P and should know the process, show them how A2P protects them and why it got implemented and set up the expectation upfront they will be ok. I have told my clients it will take a week for it to get approved, and I have gotten back to them as fast as 2 hours getting it approved and over deliver on their expectation. Hope this helps!
You don’t use their number. You put the Twilio number first in Google. Customers calling their main number probably already have a relationship with them. New customers coming from GBP is all you care about. You can use SIM card software to get up and running right away while waiting for A2P. If they don’t want to give you their information to get started then that’s a trust and relationship problem - aka, your problem as I’ve literally never had that objection.

Also, if they call the Google my business listing number and you have their account integrated within their sub account will t his missed call text back work for their main number listed on GMB, or would you have to port it? Thank you

Business owners don't want to get rid of their established phone number which they can't use. They have to use a whole new number with GHL that also has to be A2P approved.. nobody talks about this..
