only problem is GHL doesn't allow missed call text back to the business's original phone numbers. Business owners don't care about missed calls to a brand new twilio number as no one know them on that number. Usually the business don't want to transfer the phone number to GHL and twilio as well as they usually use the phone number on a landline or their personal cell phone.
I understand where you come from with this but I always encourage the owner to switch to the new number. For a variety of reasons. And we do that first and foremost on the Google account. I show them the results after a month or two and then we make a plan to gradually roll over the new number to their other forms of advertising. Website next, then cards, then signs, and then vehicle wraps.
Start with the lowest hanging fruit, prove out the concept, and let your results speak for themselves.
This is why you'll want to build out some example scenarios and use-cases to show owners.

Love the video. Thank you for sharing this! I believe your calculator is subtracting the Agency fee twice and miscalculating the ROI. ROI would be ((Value * Missed Calls * Close Ratio))-Agency Fee)/Agency Fee. You define the "leftontable" variable by subtracting the agency fee and then subtract it again in the "roi" variable. I would not subtract if from the "leftontable" to demonstrate what is happening currently for the business owner. With the service, they are no longer "leaving" anything on the table. Minor effect but you always want your numbers to be buttoned up as much as possible.

How do you handle the existing phone number since we're targeting local businesses that already have a phone number.
I encourage the owner to use the number on Google first, and slowly introduce it across their other mediums (business cards, website, vehicle wraps, etc.). We can take care of that super quick and have their automations working as soon as a2p 10dlc passes, which typically takes under a week now. I haven't received any real pushback with that proposition. And if I were you, sell the solution as if you have it fully planned out. Give them the roadmap for how the process will work and guide them along.

- What happens when the client replies to the message to ask questions?
Great questions. You have the owner or sales-people download the leadconnector app and they can answer all communications from their. Help them set up the notifications so they always receive the communication, and build an "Internal Notification" step into your workflow!
you can even have your workflow text the business owner on the personal number to double check the boxes.

Great questions. You'll want the owner and sales people to download the leadconnector app, whereby they can answer all messages and receive notifications! You can even build a step to text the owners personal phone in your workflow.

Thats the most frustrating thing about all these Online "get rich quick" gurus, non of them have actually ever made the amount they teaching you. Look at this screen - since March thru September only 27 leads, only 2 sold? Not too bright folks...
This is a client's account, he's the sole employee in his business and started his account just a month prior to this video. He amanges the client conversions ratio himself, meaning, he has to go in a drop/drop leads into the closed stage (this is what he wanted).
I understand your frustration with online gurus, but this channel is exactly the opposite of that. I'm here to teach people that you can start a marketing agency yourself and provide value to a wide-range of clients, including sole proprietors.
The point of showing this account is that it isn't wildly inflated fake numbers, it takes time to build a business, but you can put smart strategies together that help you maximize your leads as they come in.
I would love if you watched the video where I explained the section you speak about, I go into detail about it all.

I've been focusing on this feature for trades guys really a no brainer for when your on jobsites. $297 month for this service what else are you offering or just this? are you including the SMS costs baked into that $297 month then that may be more digestable.
