Recuerdo que mi mamá tenía una cajita de música con esta canción.
    😊😊😊
Contraintuitivamente, la tapa tenía un dragón chino

Where does the low end come from? Is it the push of the keys or is there a contrabass being pulled along? Or even a drum being played slightly?

There is nothing else being played along, as it should be (it's a piano solo after all). The bass comes purely from playing keys far towards the left on the piano, such as at 1:05. This is why some people call the piano the "king of instruments": it can sometimes be worth a whole band by itself :)
