Yes, this is something I'm trying to make better. Eating later at night and going to bed with a full stomach. Trying to change that for the better as I totally agree that going to bed with a lighter stomach is much better for the health.

As a kid I always learnt to leave a 2-3 hour gap between dinner and sleep.. parents told me to walk a bit if i had to sleep early and not just drop in bed with a full tummy. not sure where this full stomach advice came from but that too has its place... not in today's world though.
General guideline is much as possible eat food grown locally, if you have to eat non vegetarian eat seafood as they have the simplest genetic code to break and assimilate. Also avoid/minimize rajasic food - Onions, Garlic, coffee, tea etc. There is an entire video on foods to avoid. Fresh raw fruits and vegetable have higher Prana(life energy) and most conducive. Soaked nuts and seeds increase the digestion and better than raw. Also Sadhguru always says never to get obsessed with too many rules- eating in gratitude, happy and conscious is more important that eating 'right'. More awareness you bring in the body will guide you more on what it needs. Best wishes.
Sadhguru i am from nepal and i have some problem that i have been facing for 6 years ...there is joint pain almost always in my body...characterstically sharp pain in chest ..there is almost always headache and muscle pain...i have consulted many of the doctors but there is no hope ...i haven't yet diagnosed..please suggest me how to deal with this problem sadhguru.
