- Hunter Biden really pissed the Republicans off with his surprise appearance at today's House committee hearing centered on whether to hold him in contempt.
Hunter's mere presence sparked Republican outrage that Hunter would show up to a public hearing instead of complying with a congressional subpoena for him to sit for a closed-door deposition in their ongoing impeachment inquiry into his father. Hunter said he would testify only in a public forum.
South Carolina Representative Nancy Mace called Hunter's appearance the " epitome of white privilege."
