Cows are raped by human hands/arms to bring more dairy cows onto the planet every year (the dairy industry actually uses the term "rape rack"). If we stop consuming the milk meant for calves (when there's no profit in it for humans), people will stop raping and bringing more cows onto the planet. (Same goes for turkeys and other animals who are raped because they can no longer reproduce naturally because humans bred them until their breasts were so large that they can't mate naturally.) Furthermore, like humans, cows only lactate when they are impregnated. Interesting fact: the cruel veal industry arose from the dairy industry not knowing what to do with baby male cows.

My parent did the same and were activists. As I grieve, I admit to being a lot less cheerful, more fearful than JR who makes me smile that there is still someone like him who even with cancer, fights on against injustice. His actions remind us to be activists as well.

My dad had lymphoma and eventually succumbed to it. That was about 20 years ago and medicine has come a long way since. I have to say how deeply impressed I am by Raskin's attitude, especially given the vile bullshit that gets directed to him. A true hero.
I've been through heavy duty chemo (back during the peak of covid in 2020) and I am totally rooting for Mr. Raskin.. Push on!

I am a nurse and have to say this man is going through a horrible stress on his body, which is apparent in his appearance, skin color, and energy levels. It takes one's entire energy just to survive the rounds of chemo, and the constant symptoms are crippling. To be able to look past his physical agony and to continue to fight for the American people takes a very strong, committed man of integrity. This is what real American Patriot looks like, not the brain-washed cowards who attacked the Capitol on January the 6th.
