From the way the audio "wavers". the person who recorded this episode had the same problem I eventually had. The hub lubricant on my Ampex 370 90-minute cassettes wore out and would kind of "bind" which would slow the tape when played back, and then go back to normal. The only solution I found, in the 90's was new hubs, leader and cassette to replace the old ones, which were available from Radio Shack at the time. That solved the problem.
I noticed in the news report at the end that it mentioned Patty Hearst - an interesting story in its own right, especially poignant with regard to this particular story don't you think?

The Ads lost their use. If excluded, it would have saved space and time.

Do you realize the show is nearly 50 years old? The sound may not be perfect
