  • Flattop is a 3.3 mile roundtrip hike up and down a sometimes steep and very well trafficked mountain that starts at the Glen Alps Trailhead, provides an excellent feel for scrambling in the Chugach , and finishes on top of what is most likely Alaska’s most summated peak.

Just there last August. My son was married in Anchorage. That hike was one of the best days of my life. And, eat at Humpy's downtown when Halibut is in season and order the "Fish n Chips". That was rather incredible.

I'm moving away after having lived in Anchorage for six years. I suspect I'll appreciate this video when I'm gone.

No politics, no pronoun issues, no green issues? That is an enjoyable clip that I would hope you can continue to produce based on nature and nothing else. I think you can be successful with that.

This was so clean and well produced man, and informative for anyone visiting anchorage. You should add some more “Anchorage, Alaska” SEO stuff in the title and stuff so that more people visiting can see it. Quality content my man.

I hiked this on my 13th birthday in sandals, shorts and tank top. My 11 year old sister made it, too, same "gear." My step dad was not the most responsible person. But we made it! lol

A little behind on editing now, but just made it back from Ecuador - so should have time to get up the Portland content once I finish posting the Alaska hikes.
