I really like that register idea. I'll have to try that one day, but it will have to be a retrofit because my house already has hardwood flooring everywhere🤣😁
Having lived in Chicago and experiencing 75 year old flooring, I was like - no not wood flooring. I live in Texas now and we have ceramic tile floors which are cool in the summer - LOL and cool in the winter. However easy to clean and maintain. I do have to admit though your wood floors and baseboards look fantastic. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the comment. When I lived in Houston our house had wood floors throughout the whole house. We do have a tile floor in one of our bedrooms that we use for our dogs.
Nice neat job Don. The guys who fitted the floor did neat work. Back in the home country I fitted on all ground floor with ash (except kitchen and utility). Over here I have porcelain tiles all round, as they are cooler. Hi to Pam

I also have a little dog and i can see how hardwood floors would be beneficial.
