After so many attempts at this level, continuing to go into debt, unable to make any progress, having this video here really helped. Finally got to two stars without going into the red. Just want to give my thanks.

You can save each room as a template so you can save your gp offices with all the medicine cabinets and then just instantly place one with everything already placed inside. Saves so much time instead of individually placing the wall gold medals and medicine cabinets in every room over and over. Just create a perfect room, save the template and then re-use that template whenever you need it. I know you can copy a room, but that requires you to build it again in each new hospital, but saving a template means you can start a new hospital with all your room templates saved and not have to rebuild it all again. You can still edit the templates before finishing the room aswell so incase it's not the right shape, or door placed in the wrong place, you can edit it to fit in to wherever you need it to go. This comment is so late aswell it's probably useless to you. But to anyone who is watching in the future and doesn't know this, hope it helps :)
