I found how these options are organized and associated counterintuitive in places so for those looking for the fly-mode crosshair and other tooltips they are associated with themes/3d Viewport /Overlay. By default this is black on a dark grey #333333 background which I found hard to see. I changed it to be a bright color to match my other applications like unreal.

Hi, i can help, so the answer is, u must download blender again, but the latest version, try to install it, and the shortcut of new version will appeara on your dekstop :D
