Hi, I am commenting here after watching many of your older videos. I am struggling with a milk bleb that I cannot get to clear. It’s been almost 2 months now and I’ve tried everything. It keeps causing a plugged duct and it’s on and off very painful while nursing. I seem to be able to somewhat get milk moving after using a needle and agitating the hardens bleb (it’s flush with nipple) and then it will be ok for a few days but white spot never completely goes away and then it’s another cycle of plugged duct etc. I’ve called lactation and my OB and have followed what they said to do but nothings working and all they say now is that if it turns into an abscess they can drain it. Do u know if I should be asking to see another type of doctor who can actually help me? Thank you!!
@@lalactation I have not, I just had ultrasound but it did nothing as the issue is with the nipple. As soon as I can get milk coming out of the area on the nipple where it’s clogged it immediately relieves the breast. I will message my ob about getting the cream. I’m in a vicious cycle and currently cannot even get milk to flow after poking the bleb repeatedly with a needle this time. Thank you for answering, honestly you don’t know how nice it is to have someone actually help and offer something you are not already doing.
Another RUclipsr talked about neuromodulators during pregnancy. Women with systemic botulism apparently don't pass on the botulism to their fetuses. So the mother is very sick but the fetus is OK. Maybe it is similar with breastfeeding. I don't know.
What about Dysport?

Have you tried triamcinolone cream?

Yes correct. Botulism isn’t passed through milk either
