Perfect explanation of skin tones and colours. Ive been wearing beige when it should have been the cool ivory! Learned so much and you make it so easy. Thank you!
So cool. When you first asked what skin does, I thought well idk. I get pinkish and then light tan. I for SURE have yellowy skin next to other people. Fascinating
In the Northwest, you get double sales. Ivories in the winter, then we panic for the 3 months of sun in the summer. We need another shade. You did a great job on this. Impressive.
In order to get to resources you need to sign in with password. It won't let me in. So where else can I get this information/foundation sheet to help me with clients figure out their color. Please help...
I really want to know what the equivalent of time wise beige 7 from Mary Kay which is now n210 (though I have not tried) to L’Oréal true match . I haven’t seen anywhere that was a similar comparison. I'm assuming it’s the N or W 5, n or W 5.5 or W6 possibly a cooler one I’m just going with what I’ve played with . I just want to know which is the actual equivalent.
Thank you for posting this video, it's very helpful. Is it possible to print off this guide you have created? I have gone to you website and when I click on this post it just takes me back here to the RUclips video and I would like to have the papers printed out and have on hand. Thank you again, Gale :)
neutral for which tone? when in doubt a yellow undertone tends to match best. Try selecting the yellow undertone foundation in each of the 6 categories: light ivory, dark ivory, light beige, dark beige, light bronze & dark bronze.
Wow...i might have to have my mary kay consultant do the strip test for me..Seeing is how in the winter i am as light like you...i have a splash of native american with my conquistador heritage. Might be ...light to medium. Not sure olive or red...but cool video
