I played a random city (in san diego called ‘bay bridges’ while using a Escalade ext) today on PPSSPP, and this orange car (the same one in this video) had that same unused body kit.

I wonder until today, I always see the CPU with wheels from other cars in the game, would there be an option to put wheels from other cars in the game? What did they take at the last minute? 
I was looking for a method to customize this impala and putting dark carbon fiber hoods in supercars and swapping manufacturers wheels including police rims for 13 years!!
@@mohnnadmercedes8246 Same man, same, since I was 12 and I was trying my hardest to put on police wheels on normal cars and customize the Impala SS front and back bumpers, this is just a dream come true!!!!
Little things like this give away that the game was unfinished Like falling in the water ending your entire cruise yet blowinig up at a gas station just resets your car no problem.

You can change things in the game like plates. Bike drivers are just a number in cheat engine. And those drivers I'm talking about are in the game already, you can't use because are developers rides. Maybe using this you can do it. The same (maybe) can be done with exhaust of Exotics, class A cars. It's just a ideia.
@@anriq Oh ok i thought you are saying about a bike driver that not even exist in the game We can make exist but I tried to mod yeah real mod but the game shows black screen :( there could be a way I just replaced the speedometer you can see in the game. To a Ferrari one

حتى أنا 😂😂😂😂😂 وزيادة على ما قال الأخ مهند في قسم الألوان فيه خانة اسمها trim بالعربي التقليم التقليم وشو إلي هي الحدائد إلي موجودة على السيارة سواءً على الصدام أو الكبوت أو غيرها فيه سيارات الخانة ذي مهي موجودة فيها والي يقهر إن الخصوم يغيرون لونها ويأخذون جنوط من سيارات ثانية وحطون شكمان في سيارات ما فيها أي تعديل والخصوم من الدبابات يحطون الراكبين حقهم من كل شكل وحطون أحجام الجنوط والكفرات على كيفهم ونحن بس أحجام محددة.
Fun fact, that is a real bodykit featured in Dub Magazine and appears in the Jada Dub City metal cars from the 2000s.

For some reason NPC's can use rare customs for there cars, take a look at some exotics with carbon fiber hood's

looks like a low effort stretched kit from the stock kit, that's why it's probably unused
Looks more a forgtten item that the developers doesn't added to be used by the player, same for the carbon hoods for the A Class cars.
