I don't know.....I just get the feeling that other women (not all, but possibly some, possibly even many) look at her, and automatically have a "problem" with her.
She's smart, successful, good looking, and probably VERY forward with men (if her stand-up is any indication).....all things that TEND to put other women off.....especially those that are somewhat insecure.
Not saying by ANY stretch that Sona is AT ALL like that.....just imagine that in some ways she's a (somewhat) typical woman, who just MIGHT feel that way about this woman who is so BRAZENLY 'flirting' with "her man" !! ;-)
That said, I admit I have absolutely NO idea if some/all/any of this might be true.....just have a feeling it COULD be.....thus, my comment....

You can tell when Conan really likes someone when the interview goes over 30 minutes. Nikki was rather tame here by her standards, I can only imagine her parents were in the other room.
Her parents were guests on her podcast You Up and witnessed all the usual untamed filth, so I think it was purely for Conan here :)

I think she was tame because she respects Conan and he normally keeps his stuff clean.

I was impressed that she was prepared with some bits for this call instead of winging it. Preparation is the sign of a champion and Nikki you are one in my book.
This will go down as a CLASSIC interview, quarantine or not.
A solid 30-minute+ interview.... You can't get this on a regular episode!

These quarantine shows have all been top shelf comedy but I'm dumbfounded at the lack of views. People are missing out on some greatness here.
we have heard nikki glassers one joke before.
I think it's because TBS probably doesn't know how to marker them. They post the short videos side by side with the full interviews, so numbers get split up. And, to be honest, instead of getting the whole show in one or two videos, we get 5 or 10 Conan videos at once. If I'm not in the mood to look through each title, I might just skip them all. Compare that to John Oliver posting full shows once a week and getting 5 million views overnight. Fewer, longer videos is definitely better.

The lack of views is Team Coco's fault. They release all the interesting short clips way before they release the full thing.
Some people hate zoom /facecam calls & don’t like the audio or video quality that comes along with it most the time. I agree it can be off putting at times as well.

yup he brings out the best in loads of people he has on there , like bill hader, the 'ol chhunk o' coal etc Very disarming and puts people at ease so they can light up .... One of the best guests IS NG , 'coz she juST Roxx it !!!!

I was really touched hearing the podcast when Nikki opened up her struggles during her younger years and the sadness of Conan when Nikki started to tell that story, he was dumbfounded but very emphatic to Nikki wishing she didn't have to endure that pain.

this just tells you that Conan is the best ... he simply found something funny in daily life. we have been video chatting and video callings long before zoom, but few observed the funny moment we all had at ending the calls. tomorrow, this will be the new water cooler conversations (in zoom)
